【摘要】：獨立學(xué)院是新形勢下高等教育辦學(xué)機制與模式的一項探索和創(chuàng)新,是更好更快擴大高等教育資源的一種有效途徑,對今后我國高等教育的持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展具有重大意義。獨立學(xué)院發(fā)展至今,思想政治教育取得了相當(dāng)大的進步,積累了不少經(jīng)驗,但我們也要清醒地認識到,面對思想政治教育國內(nèi)外的各種影響因素,獨立學(xué)院的思想政治教育還存在很多的不足和需要改進的地方。本文是在對獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生的思想政治教育比較全面的調(diào)查之后,進一步分析了大學(xué)生思想政治教育的影響因素,探討加強獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育的措施和對策。本文除了緒論之外,大致可以分為三個部分： 第一部分：獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀和影響因素分析。以四所獨立學(xué)院為例,在大量文獻閱讀的基礎(chǔ)之上,以問卷調(diào)查為主要研究方法,對獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進行全面的調(diào)查。并對影響?yīng)毩W(xué)院思想政治教育實效性的主要因素做了詳細分析。 第二部分：獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育創(chuàng)新思路與途徑。根據(jù)獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育存在的主要問題和因素分析,提出了適合獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的創(chuàng)新思路和辦法。創(chuàng)新思路主要為：主體性原則、以人為本原則、層析性原則、尊重原則。方法主要為：理論教育、實踐教育、環(huán)境教育和自我教育。 第三部分：加強獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育的對策分析。針對文章提出的獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育的問題和影響因素分析,基于獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新思路和方法,提出了加強獨立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育的對策,主要為：提高對獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育工作的重要性的認識、強化獨立學(xué)院黨的建設(shè),保障思想政治教育工作的地位、切實加強獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育隊伍建設(shè)、加大獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育的經(jīng)費投入、優(yōu)化獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育環(huán)境、深化獨立學(xué)院思想政治理論課教學(xué)改革,強化思想政治教育的主渠道、建立健全資助體系,創(chuàng)造健康思想政治教育平臺、加強學(xué)生職業(yè)規(guī)劃,努力開辟就業(yè)渠道。
[Abstract]:Independent college is an exploration and innovation of the running mechanism and mode of higher education under the new situation. It is an effective way to expand higher education resources better and faster. It is of great significance for the sustainable and healthy development of higher education in China in the future. Since the development of independent colleges, ideological and political education has made considerable progress and accumulated a lot of experience, but we should also be soberly aware of the various influencing factors at home and abroad in the face of ideological and political education. The ideological and political education in independent colleges still has a lot of deficiencies and needs to be improved. After a comprehensive investigation of the ideological and political education of independent college students, this paper further analyzes the influencing factors of the ideological and political education of college students, and probes into the measures and countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of independent college students. In addition to the introduction, this paper can be roughly divided into three parts: the first part: the current situation of ideological and political education of independent college students and the analysis of the influencing factors. Taking four independent colleges as an example, on the basis of reading a large number of documents and taking questionnaire as the main research method, this paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the present situation and existing problems of ideological and political education of college students in independent colleges. The main factors affecting the effectiveness of ideological and political education in independent colleges are analyzed in detail. The second part: the independent college student ideological and political education innovation train of thought and the way. Based on the analysis of the main problems and factors existing in the ideological and political education of independent college students, this paper puts forward some innovative ideas and methods suitable for the ideological and political education of independent college students. Innovative ideas are: the principle of subjectivity, the principle of people-oriented, the principle of stratification, the principle of respect. Methods: theoretical education, practical education, environmental education and self-education. The third part: strengthen independent college student ideological and political education countermeasure analysis. Based on the analysis of the problems and influencing factors of the ideological and political education of the independent college students, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of the independent college students, based on the innovative ideas and methods of the ideological and political education of the independent college students. The main contents are as follows: to improve the understanding of the importance of ideological and political education in independent colleges, to strengthen the party building of independent colleges, to guarantee the status of ideological and political education, and to strengthen the construction of ideological and political education ranks in independent colleges. We will increase the investment in ideological and political education in independent colleges, optimize the environment for ideological and political education in independent colleges, deepen the teaching reform of ideological and political theory courses in independent colleges, strengthen the main channels of ideological and political education, and establish and improve the funding system. Create a healthy platform for ideological and political education, strengthen student career planning, and strive to open up employment channels.
