【摘要】：大學(xué)生的政治參與意識(shí)是大學(xué)生參與政治生活的需求在意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的反映，其既是大學(xué)生公民政治意識(shí)的一個(gè)重要維度，也是大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)中的一個(gè)重要方面。 傳統(tǒng)意義上，關(guān)于該問題的研究多從政治學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)視角出發(fā)；而新時(shí)期，尤其是新世紀(jì)以來至今，隨著民主政治建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展，面對(duì)多元文化價(jià)值觀念的沖擊，社會(huì)主體經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的凸顯等影響，大學(xué)生的政治心態(tài)、民主觀念和價(jià)值取向也隨之發(fā)生了深刻的變化。在此種背景下，如何使大學(xué)生在政治上與黨中央保持高度統(tǒng)一，如何防止異己分子破壞政治穩(wěn)定和民主現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)，如何將主流政治文化內(nèi)化為大學(xué)生正確的政治參與意識(shí)，激發(fā)其成熟、理性、積極的參與國家政治生活是當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育工作亟須關(guān)注、有待破解的重大問題。 目前學(xué)界關(guān)于大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)問題的針對(duì)性、系統(tǒng)化研究比較缺乏，本研究立足大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)的意涵分析和理論原點(diǎn)梳理，試圖創(chuàng)建大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)的構(gòu)成模型，以期深度挖掘該意識(shí)形成和發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律；在此基礎(chǔ)上，，以當(dāng)代大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀研究為重點(diǎn)，深入剖析大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)存在的問題及其深層原因，旨在對(duì)新時(shí)期大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)的培育策略的選擇、培養(yǎng)機(jī)制的構(gòu)建做出創(chuàng)新性思考。本研究共分為四大部分: 第一部分，主要闡述大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)的基本內(nèi)涵。從意識(shí)、政治參與意識(shí)等基本概念出發(fā)，深入解讀了大學(xué)生群體政治參與意識(shí)的社會(huì)制約性、時(shí)代指向性、教育可塑性、實(shí)踐互導(dǎo)性和動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展性特征。同時(shí)，系統(tǒng)梳理了為研究該問題提供直接理論依據(jù)的馬克思主義意識(shí)形態(tài)理論、馬克思主義青年學(xué)說、馬克思主義人民自治理論。并在此基礎(chǔ)上，嘗試構(gòu)建大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)構(gòu)成的二維模型。 第二部分，重點(diǎn)探究大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)的形成與發(fā)展問題。在深入挖掘大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)形成的客觀條件之上，筆者試圖對(duì)大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)形成的主體規(guī)律以及發(fā)展的歷史脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行新的梳理和思考。 第三部分，全面揭示新時(shí)期大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀。從大學(xué)生政治參與知識(shí)、態(tài)度、動(dòng)機(jī)、興趣、政治責(zé)任感、政治信任感和政治效能感狀況七個(gè)方面展開調(diào)研，并對(duì)大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)存在的問題及影響大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)的外源性因素和內(nèi)生性因素進(jìn)行了深入剖析。 第四部分試圖構(gòu)建新時(shí)期大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)的培育體系。在明確了大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)培育的目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)向、價(jià)值追求和指導(dǎo)原則的基礎(chǔ)上，本文嘗試探索大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)培育的“漸進(jìn)型”、“一體化”、“雙覆蓋”模式，并從動(dòng)力導(dǎo)向機(jī)制、監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警機(jī)制和終身培育機(jī)制三方面構(gòu)建大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)的長效培育機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The consciousness of college students' political participation is the reflection of college students' need to participate in political life in the ideological field. It is not only an important dimension of college students' political consciousness of citizens, but also an important aspect of the political quality structure of college students. In the traditional sense, the research on this issue is mostly from the perspective of politics and sociology. And in the new period, especially since the new century, with the continuous development of democratic political construction, facing the impact of multicultural values and the prominent economic interests of the social subject, the political mentality of college students, The concept of democracy and the orientation of values have also undergone profound changes. In this context, how to make college students maintain a high degree of political unity with the Party Central Committee, how to prevent dissidents from undermining political stability and democratic modernization construction, and how to internalize the mainstream political culture into the correct consciousness of political participation of college students, To stimulate its maturity, rationality and active participation in the country's political life is an urgent concern in the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities, which needs to be solved. At present, there is a lack of systematic research on the problem of college students' political participation consciousness. This study is based on the analysis of the meaning and theoretical origin of college students' political participation consciousness. This paper attempts to establish the constitution model of college students' consciousness of political participation in order to dig out the basic law of the formation and development of the consciousness in depth. On this basis, focusing on the present situation of college students' political participation consciousness, this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in college students' political participation consciousness and their deep causes, aiming at choosing the cultivation strategies of college students' political participation consciousness in the new period. The construction of the training mechanism makes innovative thinking. This study is divided into four parts: the first part mainly expounds the basic connotation of college students' consciousness of political participation. Starting from the basic concepts of consciousness and political participation consciousness, this paper deeply interprets the characteristics of social restraint, era direction, educational plasticity, practical mutual guidance and dynamic development of college students' consciousness of group political participation. At the same time, the author systematically combs the Marxist ideology theory, the Marxist youth theory and the Marxist people's autonomy theory which provide the direct theoretical basis for the study of the problem. On this basis, we try to construct a two-dimensional model of college students' consciousness of political participation. The second part focuses on the formation and development of college students' consciousness of political participation. On the basis of exploring the objective conditions of the formation of college students' consciousness of political participation, the author tries to sort out and think about the main rules of the formation of the consciousness of political participation of college students and the historical context of their development. The third part reveals the current situation of college students' political participation consciousness in the new period. This paper investigates the status of university students' political participation in knowledge, attitude, motivation, interest, political responsibility, political trust and political efficacy. It also analyzes the problems existing in college students' political participation consciousness and the exogenous and endogenous factors that affect their political participation consciousness. The fourth part tries to construct the cultivation system of college students' consciousness of political participation in the new period. On the basis of clarifying the goal turn, value pursuit and guiding principle of the cultivation of college students' political participation consciousness, this paper tries to explore the mode of "gradual", "integration" and "double coverage" in the cultivation of college students' political participation consciousness. It also constructs the long-term cultivation mechanism of college students' political participation consciousness from three aspects: power-oriented mechanism, monitoring early warning mechanism and lifelong cultivation mechanism.
