【摘要】：我國社會正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵期，經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康快速發(fā)展依賴于先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)和持續(xù)不斷的智力支持，高校作為社會發(fā)展的智囊團(tuán)和發(fā)動機在其中起著舉足輕重的作用。而占據(jù)我國高等教育系統(tǒng)主體部分的地方高校在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用更是不容小覷。然而，如何實現(xiàn)地方高校與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會良性互動？地方高校采取哪些方式能更有效地服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展？這成為我國政府和教育界特別關(guān)注的問題。 本文采用比較研究與文獻(xiàn)分析等方法，從高等學(xué)校社會服務(wù)職能的演變歷程、美國高校服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗以及我國地方高校社會服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀入手，系統(tǒng)分析了我國現(xiàn)階段地方高校服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的途徑及形式，包括校校合作、校企合作、校地合作以及其他途徑等。 本文從四方面展開論述：我國高校社會服務(wù)職能的發(fā)展演變以及本文所涉主要概念的厘定；從我國地方高校服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中所取得的成就和暴露出的問題這兩方面詳細(xì)分析了目前校地互動的現(xiàn)狀；從美國高校與區(qū)域互動發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀入手，比較詳細(xì)的介紹和分析了美國高校服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的途徑與具體實現(xiàn)形式,總結(jié)出美國地方高校與區(qū)域互動發(fā)展對我國的啟示，并提出我國地方高校與區(qū)域互動過程中應(yīng)注意的若干問題；最后結(jié)合一些地方高校的實例，，系統(tǒng)分析了我國地方高校服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的途徑與形式：一是校校合作：地方高校與部屬高校合作、地方高校間協(xié)同合作；二是校企合作：科研服務(wù)、教育拓展服務(wù)、咨詢服務(wù)、信息服務(wù)；三是校地合作；四是其他途徑。
[Abstract]:China's society is in the critical period of economic transformation. The healthy and rapid development of economy depends on advanced science and technology and continuous intellectual support. As a think tank and engine of social development, colleges and universities play an important role in it. Local colleges and universities, which occupy the main part of higher education system, play an important role in the development of regional economy, society and economy. However, how to realize the benign interaction between local universities and regional economy and society? What ways can local colleges and universities take to serve regional economic and social development more effectively? This has become an issue of particular concern to our government and the educational community. By means of comparative research and literature analysis, this paper starts with the evolution of the social service function of colleges and universities, the experience of the regional economic and social development of American colleges and universities, and the present situation of social services of local colleges and universities in China. This paper systematically analyzes the ways and forms of regional economic and social economic development of local colleges and universities in China at present, including school-school cooperation, school-enterprise cooperation, school-local cooperation and other ways. This paper discusses from four aspects: the development and evolution of the social service function of colleges and universities in our country and the definition of the main concepts involved in this paper; This paper analyzes in detail the present situation of the interaction between schools and places from the two aspects of the achievements and problems in the process of regional economic development in the service of local colleges and universities in China. Starting with the present situation of the interactive development between American colleges and universities and regions, this paper introduces and analyzes in detail the ways and concrete realization forms of the regional economic development of American colleges and universities, and sums up the enlightenment of the interactive development of American local universities and regions to our country. It also puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of the interaction between local universities and regions in our country. Finally, combined with some examples of local colleges and universities, this paper systematically analyzes the ways and forms of regional economic development of local colleges and universities in China: first, school-university cooperation: cooperation between local colleges and subordinate universities, cooperation between local colleges and universities; Second, school-enterprise cooperation: scientific research services, educational expansion services, advisory services, information services; third, school-local cooperation; fourth, other ways.
