【摘要】：《中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見(jiàn)》指出,要對(duì)大學(xué)生加強(qiáng)理想信念教育,加強(qiáng)世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀教育,“使大學(xué)生正確認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)發(fā)展規(guī)律,認(rèn)識(shí)國(guó)家的前途命運(yùn),認(rèn)識(shí)自己的社會(huì)責(zé)任"�！秶�(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020)》提出,教育改革發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略主題的核心包括“著力提高學(xué)生服務(wù)國(guó)家服務(wù)人民的社會(huì)責(zé)任感”。胡錦濤在紀(jì)念清華大學(xué)建校一百周年講話中強(qiáng)調(diào)“全面貫徹黨的教育方針,堅(jiān)持育人為本、德育為先、能力為重、全面發(fā)展,著力增強(qiáng)學(xué)生服務(wù)國(guó)家服務(wù)人民的社會(huì)責(zé)任感”。按照黨中央的要求,幫助大學(xué)生解決社會(huì)責(zé)任感方面的問(wèn)題,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹(shù)立強(qiáng)烈的社會(huì)責(zé)任感,是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育的重要課題。 本文從實(shí)際出發(fā)對(duì)這一課題進(jìn)行了較為深入的探討。除導(dǎo)論外,全文分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分,論述提高當(dāng)代大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感的重要性：有助于完善大學(xué)生的人格；有助于增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的能力；有助于大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才。第二部分,分析目前大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感方面存在的問(wèn)題及原因。本文認(rèn)為,目前大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感存在以下主要問(wèn)題：部分大學(xué)生重個(gè)人私利,輕社會(huì)責(zé)任；部分大學(xué)生缺乏社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)；部分大學(xué)生言行不一致。導(dǎo)致這些問(wèn)題的原因主要有：社會(huì)生活中負(fù)面因素的影響；高校對(duì)大學(xué)生責(zé)任感教育不力；家庭教育觀念和方式不當(dāng)；同輩群體潛移默化的不良影響；大學(xué)生自身因素的影響。第三部分,提出解決大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感問(wèn)題的對(duì)策：高校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感教育；充分發(fā)揮家庭在培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感中的作用；增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生同輩群體的良性互動(dòng),強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感；政府應(yīng)大力開(kāi)展工作促使大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感的養(yǎng)成；提高大學(xué)生對(duì)社會(huì)責(zé)任感的認(rèn)識(shí),充分發(fā)揮其主體能動(dòng)性。
[Abstract]:The opinion of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on further strengthening and improving ideological and political Education of College students points out that it is necessary to strengthen education on ideals and beliefs, world outlook, outlook on life and values for college students. At the core of the strategic themes of educational reform and development are efforts to enhance the social responsibility of students to serve the country and serve the people. In his speech commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of Tsinghua University, Hu Jintao emphasized "comprehensively implementing the Party's educational policy, insisting on educating people first, giving priority to moral education, putting emphasis on ability, and making efforts to enhance students' social responsibility to serve the country and serve the people." In accordance with the requirements of the CPC Central Committee, it is an important task for the ideological and political education of contemporary college students to help college students solve the problems of social responsibility and guide them to establish a strong sense of social responsibility. This article starts from the actual situation to carry on the thorough discussion to this subject. In addition to the introduction, the full text is divided into three parts. The first part discusses the importance of improving the sense of social responsibility of contemporary college students: help to improve the personality of college students; help to enhance the ability of college students; help college students grow and become talented. The second part analyzes the problems and reasons of college students' social responsibility. The author thinks that the main problems of college students' social responsibility are as follows: some college students attach great importance to personal self-interest rather than social responsibility; some college students lack the sense of social responsibility; some college students do not accord with their words and deeds. The main causes of these problems are: the negative factors in social life; the lack of sense of responsibility education in colleges and universities; improper family education ideas and ways; the negative impact of the same generation groups imperceptibly; the influence of college students' own factors. The third part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of college students' social responsibility: colleges and universities should strengthen the education of college students' social responsibility give full play to the role of family in cultivating college students' social responsibility; The government should work hard to promote the cultivation of college students' social responsibility, improve their understanding of social responsibility and give full play to their subjective initiative.
