【摘要】：近年來(lái)，隨著漢語(yǔ)和中國(guó)文化在世界范圍內(nèi)影響力的日益增強(qiáng)，來(lái)華留學(xué)生的數(shù)量也不斷攀升。隨著我國(guó)留學(xué)生教育規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，留學(xué)生來(lái)華后的跨文化交流也日益增多，因此而產(chǎn)生了跨文化適應(yīng)的問(wèn)題。作者立足于上海，以復(fù)旦大學(xué)、上海交通大學(xué)、東華大學(xué)、上海財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)和上海外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)等5所高校內(nèi)的留學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象，旨在研究在滬高校留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀，進(jìn)而針對(duì)適應(yīng)過(guò)程中的難點(diǎn)來(lái)提出有效的建議，幫助留學(xué)生提高跨文化適應(yīng)能力，減少跨文化交流障礙。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論，主要就課題的提出、研究意義、研究對(duì)象、研究方法和前人研究綜述進(jìn)行說(shuō)明和分析。第二部分主要是闡述了跨文化適應(yīng)方面的理論背景，包括三大經(jīng)典適應(yīng)模式和影響跨文化適應(yīng)的諸多因素。第三部分主要是對(duì)上海5所高校內(nèi)145名留學(xué)生所做的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，，然后從留學(xué)生心理適應(yīng)、社會(huì)生活適應(yīng)和學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)三方面開(kāi)展分析，得出來(lái)滬留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀。第四部分主要是根據(jù)第三部分得出的來(lái)滬留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)的問(wèn)題來(lái)提出有針對(duì)性的建議，這些建議都是立足于高校留學(xué)生管理主體的角度而提出的，具有借鑒意義。第五部分是結(jié)語(yǔ)，其中包含了筆者對(duì)于此篇研究不足之處的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing influence of Chinese and Chinese culture in the world, the number of foreign students in China has been increasing. With the continuous expansion of the educational scale of Chinese international students, the cross-cultural exchange of overseas students has also increased day by day after coming to China. Therefore, the problem of cross-cultural adaptation has emerged. Based on Shanghai, the author takes Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Donghua University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Shanghai Foreign Studies University as the object of investigation in order to study the current situation of cross-cultural adaptation of international students in Shanghai universities. According to the difficulties in the process of adaptation, some effective suggestions are put forward to help international students improve their ability of cross-cultural adaptation and reduce the barriers to cross-cultural communication. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly on the topic of the proposed, research significance, research objects, research methods and previous research review for explanation and analysis. The second part mainly describes the theoretical background of cross-cultural adaptation, including three classical adaptation models and many factors affecting cross-cultural adaptation. The third part mainly carries on the data statistics to 145 overseas students' questionnaire in Shanghai 5 colleges and universities, then carries on the analysis from the overseas students' psychological adaptation, the social life adaptation and the study adaptation, and then carries out the analysis from three aspects: psychological adaptation, social life adaptation and study adaptation. Out of Shanghai students cross-cultural adaptation of the status quo. The fourth part is mainly based on the third part of the cross-cultural adaptation of international students to come to Shanghai to put forward targeted recommendations, which are based on the perspective of the management of foreign students in colleges and universities, with reference significance. The fifth part is the conclusion, which contains the author's understanding of the shortcomings of this study.
