【摘要】：大學(xué)校院評(píng)鑒的受益者是多方面的,其核心受益者乃學(xué)生。2012年,臺(tái)灣大學(xué)校院系所評(píng)鑒進(jìn)入5年一輪的第二周期,其評(píng)鑒由教學(xué)導(dǎo)向轉(zhuǎn)為學(xué)習(xí)導(dǎo)向,其目的在于評(píng)估學(xué)生的核心能力,確保學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)之成效。回顧第一周期系所評(píng)鑒和大學(xué)校務(wù)評(píng)鑒之成效與得失,評(píng)介第二周期系所評(píng)鑒項(xiàng)目及指標(biāo)之修訂,試圖概括變革中的臺(tái)灣大學(xué)校院評(píng)鑒的三個(gè)特性:評(píng)鑒制度的連續(xù)性、評(píng)鑒行為的民主性和評(píng)鑒方向的發(fā)展性。
[Abstract]:The beneficiaries of the evaluation of universities and colleges are various, the core beneficiaries of which are students. In 2012, the evaluation of Taiwan's colleges and departments entered the second cycle of five years, and its evaluation changed from teaching-oriented to learning-oriented. The aim is to assess students' core competencies and ensure their effectiveness. Reviewing the achievements, gains and losses of the evaluation of the departments in the first cycle and the evaluation of university affairs, reviewing and introducing the revision of the items and indicators of the evaluation of the department of the second cycle, this paper attempts to generalize the three characteristics of the evaluation of Taiwan universities and colleges in the process of reform: the continuity of the evaluation system. The democratic nature of evaluation behavior and the developmental nature of evaluation direction.
