【摘要】：主題教學沙龍是目前我國高校教師教學發(fā)展機構促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的重要活動形式,對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要意義。文章結合實踐,總結了在舉辦過程中要重視教學沙龍主題、主講人和主持人的選擇,做好前期準備工作,精心布置活動現(xiàn)場,加強活動過程控制,重視活動后續(xù)總結報道,以期為一線教師創(chuàng)造一個輕松、自由的交流環(huán)境,促進教師專業(yè)能力發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Subject teaching salon is an important activity form of teachers' professional development in colleges and universities in our country at present, which is of great significance to teachers' professional development. Combined with practice, the paper summarizes the importance of the theme of teaching salon, the choice of the presenter and host, the preparation of the early stage, the careful arrangement of the activity scene, the strengthening of the control of the activity process, and the attention to the follow-up summary report of the activity. In order to create a relaxed and free communication environment for teachers, promote the development of teachers' professional ability.
