高等工程教育教師培養(yǎng)體系研究
[Abstract]:The cultivation of innovative engineering talents is the essential requirement and mission of higher engineering education. Higher engineering education teachers are the most important resources to achieve the purpose of higher engineering education, and the training of higher engineering education teachers is the most important link to improve the quality of higher engineering education. This paper defines the three concepts of higher engineering education, teacher training and the cooperation of production, education and research in schools and enterprises. It is based on the theory of triple helix model, the theory of combining education with production, the theory of pragmatism education and the theory of psychological contract. By using the method of literature research and comparative research, this paper studies the practice of training teachers of higher engineering education in developed countries, such as Germany, the United States and Canada, and Tongji University in China. The ways to train teachers of higher engineering education in many different levels of colleges and universities, such as Harbin University of Technology and Shenyang University of Technology, are analyzed, and the problems and causes in the training of teachers of higher engineering education in China are analyzed. According to the purpose of training talents in higher engineering education, the paper establishes the multi-dimensional knowledge structure, engineering practice ability, innovation consciousness and innovation ability, social responsibility, social adaptation ability, etc. The dual characteristics of teachers of higher engineering education composed of moral quality and physical and mental quality. This paper constructs a training system of higher engineering education teachers, which is composed of four aspects: the selection of teachers of higher engineering education, the cultivation of professional knowledge, the experience of teaching basic skills, and the cultivation of engineering practice ability, taking the cooperation of production, learning and research in universities and enterprises as the main training way. Finally, this paper explores the effective ways to train teachers of higher engineering education by cooperation of production, college, research and research from the level of system and mechanism. The innovation of this paper is to put forward a teacher training system of higher engineering education from the whole process of selection-training-practice-operation. It takes improving the quality of engineering talents as the core, taking the training of teaching basic skills and engineering practice ability of teachers in higher engineering education as the main line, and taking the cooperation of production, learning and research in colleges and enterprises as the main training way. It enriches the theory and practice of teacher training in higher engineering education in China.
