【摘要】：2004年8月,中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)的中共16號(hào)文件,即《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見(jiàn)》中的要求“社會(huì)實(shí)踐是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的重要環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)于促進(jìn)大學(xué)生了解社會(huì),了解國(guó)情,增長(zhǎng)才干,奉獻(xiàn)社會(huì),鍛煉毅力,培養(yǎng)品格,增強(qiáng)社會(huì)責(zé)任感具有不可替代的作用,要建立大學(xué)生社會(huì)實(shí)踐保障體系,探索實(shí)踐育人的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生走出校門(mén),到基層去,到工農(nóng)群眾中去。”大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展豐富了高校思想政治教育的載體,拓寬了大學(xué)生思想政治教育的途徑,對(duì)加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育具有重要意義。 本文所研究的大學(xué)生西部支教志愿者活動(dòng)是目前我國(guó)青年志愿者活動(dòng)發(fā)展較為迅速和成熟的一個(gè)項(xiàng)目,在推動(dòng)西部貧困地區(qū)教育及各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的發(fā)展以及豐富大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才有效途徑等方面具有重要意義和價(jià)值。本文從社會(huì)角度和個(gè)人角度具體闡述大學(xué)生西部支教志愿者活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的思想政治教育價(jià)值,結(jié)合本人的支教經(jīng)歷并通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生西部支教志愿者活動(dòng)的充分調(diào)研,分析當(dāng)前支教志愿者活動(dòng)價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題及原因,分別從大學(xué)生志愿者自身、志愿者活動(dòng)思想政治教育價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的載體、運(yùn)行機(jī)制以及社會(huì)支持方面提出實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生西部支教志愿者活動(dòng)思想政治教育價(jià)值的有效對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In August 2004, the requirements in the "opinions on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political Education of College students" issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, "Social practice is an important link in the ideological and political education of college students," It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting college students to understand the society, understand the national conditions, increase their talents, devote themselves to the society, train their perseverance, cultivate their character and enhance their sense of social responsibility. To explore the long-term mechanism of practical education, to guide college students out of school, to the grassroots, to the masses of workers and peasants. " The development of college students' volunteer activities enriches the carriers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, broadens the ways of ideological and political education of college students, and is of great significance to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. The volunteer activities of college students in the western part of the university are developing rapidly and maturely in our country. It is of great significance and value in promoting the development of education and various undertakings in the poverty-stricken areas of western China and enriching the effective ways for college students to grow into talents. From the angle of society and individual, this paper expounds the value of ideological and political education of university students' western education volunteer activities, combining with their own teaching experience and through the full investigation of university students' western education volunteers' activities. This paper analyzes the problems and causes in the process of realizing the value of volunteers' activities, and analyzes the carriers of realizing the value of ideological and political education of college students' volunteers, and the carriers of the value of ideological and political education of volunteers' activities, respectively. In the aspect of operation mechanism and social support, effective countermeasures are put forward to realize the value of ideological and political education of university students' western education volunteers.
