【摘要】：隨著國家"千人計劃"的逐步實施,高校將海外高層次人才的引進作為工作重點,引進了一大批學科重點人才,成果顯著。但這些海外高層次人才引進后如何融入當地關系網絡以及如何維護海外關系網絡成為高校海外高層次人才效用發(fā)揮的主要障礙。文章從關系嵌入的視角分析了高校海外高層次人才服務存在的主要問題,并提出了優(yōu)化本地學術關系網絡、產業(yè)關系網絡、社區(qū)關系網絡和海外關系網絡的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the gradual implementation of the "Thousand thousands" Plan, colleges and universities take the introduction of high-level overseas talents as the focus of their work, and introduce a large number of key talents in disciplines, with remarkable results. However, how to integrate these high-level overseas talents into the local relationship network and how to maintain the overseas relationship network become the main obstacles to the utility of overseas high-level talents in colleges and universities. From the perspective of relationship embedding, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the overseas high-level talents service in colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the local academic relationship network, the industrial relationship network, the community relationship network and the overseas relationship network.
