【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展演進(jìn),我國進(jìn)入了全面建設(shè)小康社會的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期和深化改革開放，加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期，文化日益成為民族凝聚力和創(chuàng)造力的重要源泉、成為綜合國力競爭的重要因素，成為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的重要支撐。當(dāng)前形勢對我國現(xiàn)階段的文化建設(shè)提出了新的要求，也提供了文化大發(fā)展大繁榮的歷史機(jī)遇。高校作為社會的文化高地，承擔(dān)著人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、服務(wù)社會、文化傳承與創(chuàng)新等重要職能，，對我國的政治建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)、社會建設(shè)作出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。 2011年10月18日，黨的十七屆六中全會作出了《關(guān)于深化文化體制改革推動社會主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮若干重大問題的決定》，提出了建設(shè)社會主義文化強(qiáng)國這一偉大目標(biāo)，以及新形勢下推進(jìn)文化體制改革的指導(dǎo)思想、重要方針、政策舉措，對進(jìn)一步興起社會主義文化建設(shè)新高潮，開創(chuàng)中國特色社會主義新局面、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興提出了新的要求，是建設(shè)社會主義文化強(qiáng)國的綱領(lǐng)性文獻(xiàn)。 本課題圍繞《決定》提出的社會主義文化建設(shè)新要求，深入思考了高等學(xué)校在社會主義文化建設(shè)方面作出的貢獻(xiàn)、存在的不足以及應(yīng)肩負(fù)的使命等問題，闡釋了文化的內(nèi)涵、功能及建設(shè)社會主義文化強(qiáng)國的意義，闡述了我國高校在社會主義文化建設(shè)中應(yīng)有的地位與作用，肯定了我國高校在建國以來特別是改革開放30年來在社會主義文化建設(shè)中所發(fā)揮出的積極作用，同時(shí)指出當(dāng)前高校在建設(shè)社會主義文化強(qiáng)國這一偉大目標(biāo)要求下存在的不足和問題，并對存在問題的原因進(jìn)行了分析，提出了高校在建設(shè)社會主義文化強(qiáng)國中應(yīng)堅(jiān)持的道路及發(fā)揮作用的基本思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of the society, our country has entered the critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, deepening the reform and opening up, and accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development. Culture has increasingly become an important source of national cohesion and creativity. It has become an important factor in the competition of comprehensive national strength and an important support for economic and social development. The present situation puts forward new requirements for the cultural construction in our country at the present stage, and also provides a historical opportunity for the great development and prosperity of the culture. As the cultural highlands of the society, colleges and universities undertake the important functions of talent training, scientific research, serving society, cultural inheritance and innovation, and make important contributions to the political construction, economic construction, cultural construction and social construction of our country. On October 18, 2011, the sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee made a decision on "deepening the Reform of the Cultural system, promoting the Great Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture", and put forward the great goal of building a socialist cultural power. As well as the guiding ideology, important principles, policies and measures to promote the reform of the cultural system under the new situation, which will bring about a new upsurge in the construction of socialist culture and create a new situation for socialism with Chinese characteristics. Realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation puts forward new requirements and is a programmatic document for building a socialist cultural power. Focusing on the new requirements of socialist cultural construction put forward by the "decision", this paper has deeply considered the contributions made by colleges and universities in the construction of socialist culture, the shortcomings and the missions that should be shouldered, and explained the connotation of culture. The function and the significance of building a powerful country of socialist culture are expounded, and the position and function of colleges and universities in the construction of socialist culture are expounded. Affirming the positive role played by colleges and universities in the construction of socialist culture since the founding of the people's Republic of China, especially in the past 30 years of reform and opening up, At the same time, this paper points out the shortcomings and problems existing in colleges and universities under the great goal of building a socialist cultural power, and analyzes the causes of the problems. This paper puts forward the way that colleges and universities should adhere to and the basic ideas to play a role in building a socialist cultural power.
