【摘要】：隨著我國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和改革開放的進(jìn)一步深化，一些不正確、不健康的價(jià)值觀念和行為方式正在大學(xué)校園里盛行，傳統(tǒng)的價(jià)值觀念和行為方式正受到前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。90后大學(xué)生作為當(dāng)今高校的教育主體，正處在價(jià)值觀和能力形成的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，培養(yǎng)其樹立正確的價(jià)值觀和行為方式、敦促其取得優(yōu)秀成績不僅對他們自身的成長與成才具有重要作用，也是構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)、和諧校園，實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的有力保證。胡錦濤同志在黨的十八大的報(bào)告中指出，“加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè)，社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀是興國之魂，決定著中國特色社會(huì)主義發(fā)展方向”。在此背景下，如何引領(lǐng)大學(xué)生樹立正確價(jià)值觀，進(jìn)而通過價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)來提高其成績、改善其行為，就成為亟待解決的一個(gè)問題。 基于上述原因，本文采取實(shí)證研究方法，以90后大學(xué)生為研究對象，在總結(jié)回顧以往研究的基礎(chǔ)之上，通過調(diào)查問卷的方式對大學(xué)生的價(jià)值觀和幫助行為進(jìn)行調(diào)查，然后利用SPSS和AMOS對收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理。首先，利用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、探索性因子分析和驗(yàn)證性因子分析對預(yù)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，修訂了大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀量表。在正式調(diào)查中，通過可靠性分析與驗(yàn)證性因子分析對價(jià)值觀量表的信度和效度進(jìn)行了分析；通過描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和方差分析對90后大學(xué)生的價(jià)值觀和幫助行為的現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)；最后通過相關(guān)分析和多元回歸分析的方法研究大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀對幫助行為和學(xué)業(yè)成績的影響。 通過對數(shù)據(jù)的處理發(fā)現(xiàn)，當(dāng)代大學(xué)生總體價(jià)值觀狀況良好，但同時(shí)也存在一些不足。同時(shí)，努力類、自我認(rèn)知類和網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活類價(jià)值觀對大學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成績具有顯著的影響；而道德類、情感類、政治類、和諧類以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活類價(jià)值觀對大學(xué)生的幫助行為存在顯著的正向影響。針對上述發(fā)現(xiàn)，，筆者對教育大學(xué)生形成良好的價(jià)值觀念提出了相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's socialist market economy and the further deepening of reform and opening up, some incorrect and unhealthy values and ways of behavior are prevailing on university campuses. The traditional values and behavior methods are facing unprecedented challenges. As the main body of education in colleges and universities, the post-90s college students are in the critical period of the formation of values and abilities, so they should be trained to establish correct values and behavior patterns. Urging them to obtain outstanding achievements not only plays an important role in their own growth and development, but also is a powerful guarantee for building a harmonious society, harmonious campus and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out in the report of the 18th CPC National Congress that "strengthening the construction of the socialist core value system, the socialist core values are the soul of rejuvenating the country and determine the development direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics." In this context, how to lead college students to establish correct values, and then through the cultivation of values to improve their achievements and improve their behavior, has become a problem to be solved. Based on the above reasons, this paper takes the post-90s college students as the research object, based on the review of the previous studies, through the way of questionnaire to investigate the values and help behavior of college students. SPSS and AMOS are then used to process the collected data. Firstly, the pre-survey data are analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and the college students' value scale is revised. In the formal investigation, the reliability and validity of the value scale were analyzed by reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Through descriptive statistical analysis and variance analysis, this paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of the post-90s college students' values and helping behavior. Finally, the effects of college students' values on helping behavior and academic achievement were studied by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Through the data processing, it is found that the general values of contemporary college students are in good condition, but at the same time, there are some shortcomings. At the same time, the values of hard work, self-cognition and network life have significant influence on the academic achievement of college students. The values of morality, emotion, politics, harmony and network life have significant positive influence on college students' helping behavior. In view of the above findings, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the education of college students to form good values.
