高校內(nèi)部管理溝通中的問題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代信息社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,科學(xué)、有效的管理溝通在組織管理中發(fā)揮著者巨大的作用。高校內(nèi)部科學(xué)、有效的溝通能為高校的決策提供基本的保障,有助于高校實(shí)現(xiàn)管理和教育目標(biāo);有利于高校教職工了解學(xué)校的目標(biāo)和管理制度,促進(jìn)學(xué)校文化的發(fā)展;有助于教職工相互交流、探索,促進(jìn)人際關(guān)系更加和諧協(xié)調(diào)。由此可見,有效的管理溝通是高校做出科學(xué)決策的關(guān)鍵,是高校內(nèi)部管理成功的基石。作為高校的基層管理者,作者在長(zhǎng)期的學(xué)校管理實(shí)踐中以及在與諸多長(zhǎng)者的交流中,發(fā)現(xiàn)在高校管理中許多管理者沒有真正意識(shí)到溝通的重要性,或者說即使意識(shí)到了也因缺乏可供借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)而導(dǎo)致實(shí)踐行動(dòng)的匾乏。鑒于目前學(xué)校內(nèi)部管理工作中溝通不太理想的現(xiàn)狀,作者認(rèn)為對(duì)高校內(nèi)部管理溝通進(jìn)行研究很有必要,并具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文選擇W市中三所具有代表性的高校作為研究對(duì)象,以這三所高校在崗位設(shè)置方案制度實(shí)施過程中的溝通情況作為研究?jī)?nèi)容,試圖用調(diào)查問卷和訪談相結(jié)合的研究方法,找出管理溝通中存在的主要問題和解決途徑。通過對(duì)管理與溝通之間關(guān)系的研究,了解實(shí)踐中的問題和沖突,幫助管理者認(rèn)識(shí)管理溝通的問題存在,并分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,為管理者提出一些可供借鑒的解決方法。同時(shí),本研究也能使更多的人認(rèn)識(shí)到溝通在高校內(nèi)部管理中的重要作用,及重視有效溝通對(duì)高校管理者的本身的價(jià)值,促成高校管理者注意溝通意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)和溝通能力的提高,從而完善和提高學(xué)校的管理水平。 文章的主要內(nèi)容包括如下幾個(gè)部分。首先,通過查閱大量國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于管理溝通方面的參考文獻(xiàn)和學(xué)術(shù)著作,對(duì)管理溝通的基本概念和基本理論進(jìn)行分析和討論。其次,通過自主設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷信息的搜集整理和訪談內(nèi)容、評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系分析研究,初步歸納出了上述三所高校內(nèi)部管理溝通中所存在的問題:(1)學(xué)校管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)不合理;(2)學(xué)校管理者溝通意識(shí)不強(qiáng);(3)學(xué)校內(nèi)部管理溝通渠道沒有充分、合理、有效地利用;(4)溝通反饋不理想等。最后,運(yùn)用組織管理學(xué)、管理心理學(xué)、人力資源學(xué)等多學(xué)科、多角度地綜合探討了我國(guó)高校在內(nèi)部管理溝通中的現(xiàn)狀、障礙以及管理溝通障礙的形成成因,就如何改善高校內(nèi)部管理溝通從多個(gè)角度提出了一些有益建議:(1)從組織和渠道完善的角度;(2)管理者的角度;(3)教師的角度;(4)信息平臺(tái)作用的角度等來提高溝通的效果。旨在提高高校管理人員的管理溝通意識(shí),,并且為其在今后的管理工作中進(jìn)行科學(xué)有效的管理溝通提供借鑒,以提高高校內(nèi)部管理的有效性,促進(jìn)學(xué)�?焖儆行У氐陌l(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information society, scientific and effective management communication plays an important role in organizational management. Scientific and effective communication in colleges and universities can provide basic guarantee for university decision-making, help colleges and universities achieve management and education goals, help university staff understand the objectives and management system of schools, and promote the development of school culture. It is helpful for teaching staff to communicate with each other, explore and promote more harmonious and harmonious interpersonal relationship. It can be seen that effective management communication is the key to making scientific decisions in colleges and universities, and the cornerstone of successful internal management in colleges and universities. As the grass-roots administrators of colleges and universities, the author has found that many administrators in colleges and universities have not realized the importance of communication in the long-term practice of school management and in the communication with many senior citizens. Or even if aware of the lack of experience to learn from the lack of practical action. In view of the present situation that communication is not ideal in the internal management of colleges and universities, the author thinks that it is very necessary to study the internal management communication in colleges and universities, and it is of great practical significance. This paper chooses three representative universities in W city as the research object, takes the communication situation of these three colleges and universities in the process of implementing the post setting scheme system as the research content, and attempts to use the research method of combining questionnaire and interview. Find out the main problems and solutions in management communication. Through the study of the relationship between management and communication, we can understand the problems and conflicts in practice, help managers to understand the problems of management communication, and on the basis of analysis and research, put forward some solutions for managers to use for reference. At the same time, this study can also make more people realize the important role of communication in the internal management of colleges and universities, and attach importance to the value of effective communication to the administrators of colleges and universities, and promote the cultivation of communication consciousness and the improvement of communication ability of university administrators. In order to improve and improve the management level of the school. The main content of the article includes the following parts. Firstly, the basic concepts and theories of management communication are analyzed and discussed by consulting a large number of references and academic works on management communication at home and abroad. Secondly, through the self-design questionnaire information collection and the interview content, the appraisal index system analysis research, The problems existing in the internal management communication of the three universities mentioned above are summarized preliminarily: (1) the organizational structure of the school management is unreasonable; (2) the school manager's communication consciousness is not strong; (3) the school internal management communication channel is not enough, reasonable and effective use; (4) the communication feedback is not ideal, and so on. Finally, this paper discusses the present situation of internal management communication in colleges and universities in our country, the obstacles and the causes of formation of the obstacles to management communication, using the multi-disciplines such as organization management, management psychology, human resources science and so on, and comprehensively discusses the present situation of internal management communication in colleges and universities in China. Some useful suggestions on how to improve internal management communication in colleges and universities are put forward from several angles: (1) from the angle of organization and channel perfection; (2) the angle of manager, (3) the angle of teacher, (4) the angle of information platform to improve the effect of communication. The purpose of this paper is to improve the management communication consciousness of university administrators, and to provide reference for scientific and effective management communication in the future management work, so as to improve the effectiveness of internal management in colleges and universities and promote the rapid and effective development of schools.
