大學(xué)生思想政治教育視閾下的自我教育研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)階段是大學(xué)生的價(jià)值觀、人生觀和世界觀走向成熟的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,是大學(xué)生社會(huì)化的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。大學(xué)生是中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)的寶貴財(cái)富,“三觀”直接決定著大學(xué)生的思考方式和行為方式,對(duì)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)的健康發(fā)展有著重要的決定作用。他們思維活躍,自我意識(shí)較強(qiáng),渴望實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的人生價(jià)值,獲得社會(huì)的認(rèn)可,但是由于缺乏社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),,且受到自身心理和周圍環(huán)境的影響,自我調(diào)控能力和自我辨別能力較弱,加之隨著近年來經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和文化多樣化的深入發(fā)展,各種社會(huì)思潮相互激蕩,大學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)生活中最容易受到這些價(jià)值觀念的影響,使得當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育面臨的形勢(shì)更加嚴(yán)峻,這就要求在對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行理論灌輸?shù)耐瑫r(shí),加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的自我教育,提高大學(xué)生自我教育意識(shí),充分發(fā)揮大學(xué)生的主體性、自覺性和能動(dòng)性,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生自我教育能力,從而使大學(xué)生能夠主動(dòng)自覺的抵御消極價(jià)值觀念的影響,促進(jìn)自身全面發(fā)展,更好地適應(yīng)社會(huì),推進(jìn)我國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的偉大進(jìn)程。 本文分為四大部分。第一部分是緒論,從選題背景與意義、概念內(nèi)涵界定、研究現(xiàn)狀和研究方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等方面,對(duì)本研究的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了梳理和界定,指出思想政治教育中的自我教育就是個(gè)人在思想政治教育組織者的指導(dǎo)下,基于一定的社會(huì)歷史環(huán)境,通過自我認(rèn)識(shí)、自我體驗(yàn)、自我評(píng)價(jià)、自我控制等途徑,將思想政治教育理論內(nèi)化為自身行動(dòng)的動(dòng)力和方向,提高和完善自身素質(zhì)而進(jìn)行的一種教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng),為全文的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ);第二部分從經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)深入發(fā)展的要求、加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的需求和當(dāng)代大學(xué)生適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要等三方面,對(duì)加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育中自我教育的必要性進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析,提出加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的自我教育不僅是大學(xué)生個(gè)人的需要,同時(shí)也是社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要;第三部分首先對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育中自我教育的主要特性進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并從自我意識(shí)、知行合一和自我評(píng)價(jià)等三方面,對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育中自我教育存在的問題進(jìn)行了梳理,并據(jù)此進(jìn)行分析,為第四部分作好鋪墊;第四部分首先提出了大學(xué)生思想政治教育中自我教育的原則,并從思想政治教育組織者、“家庭——學(xué)!鐣(huì)”合力和大學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)等三個(gè)角度,論述了大學(xué)生自我教育能力提升的路徑,特別是提出了從大學(xué)生自身角度提升自我教育能力和水平的途徑,對(duì)思想政治教育過程中,大學(xué)生自身提高自我教育能力和水平提供了可參考路徑。
[Abstract]:The stage of university is the critical period for college students' values, outlook on life and world outlook to mature, and it is the turning point of college students' socialization. College students are the precious wealth of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. The "three views" directly determine the way of thinking and behavior of college students, and play an important role in the healthy development of socialist construction. They are active in thinking, self-conscious, eager to realize their own value in life and recognized by society. However, due to the lack of social experience and the influence of their own psychology and surrounding environment, they are weak in self-control and self-discrimination. In addition, with the deep development of economic globalization and cultural diversification in recent years, various social trends of thought are agitated each other, and college students are most vulnerable to the influence of these values in their study and life. The situation of ideological and political education of contemporary college students is even more severe, which requires strengthening the self-education in ideological and political education of college students and raising their self-education consciousness while inculcating them in theory. Give full play to the subjectivity, consciousness and initiative of college students, enhance their ability of self-education, so that college students can actively resist the influence of negative values, promote their all-round development, and better adapt to the society. Promote the great process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, from the background and significance of the topic, the definition of the concept, research status, research methods and innovative points, and so on, this paper sorts out and defines the relevant problems of this study. It is pointed out that the self-education in ideological and political education is an individual, under the guidance of the organizers of ideological and political education, based on a certain social and historical environment, through the means of self-understanding, self-experience, self-evaluation, self-control, etc. To internalize the theory of ideological and political education as the motive force and direction of its own action and to improve and perfect its own quality is a kind of educational practice activity, which lays a foundation for the research of the full text. In the second part, from the requirements of economic and social development, to strengthen the needs of ideological and political education of college students and the needs of contemporary college students to meet the needs of social development. This paper summarizes and analyzes the necessity of strengthening the self-education in the ideological and political education of college students, and points out that strengthening and improving the self-education in the ideological and political education of college students is not only the individual need of college students, but also the need of social development. The third part first summarizes the main characteristics of self-education in ideological and political education of college students, and from the three aspects of self-awareness, integration of knowledge and practice and self-evaluation. The problems of self-education in the ideological and political education of college students are combed out and analyzed to lay the groundwork for the fourth part. The fourth part first puts forward the principles of self-education in the ideological and political education of college students, and from the three angles of the organizers of ideological and political education, the resultant force of "family, school and society" and the students' own quality, This paper discusses the ways to improve the ability of self-education of college students, especially puts forward the ways to improve the ability and level of self-education from the perspective of college students, and discusses the process of ideological and political education. College students themselves improve their ability and level of self-education to provide a reference path.
