【摘要】：大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題是政府、家庭、學(xué)校關(guān)注的社會熱點問題。我國高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作經(jīng)過十幾年的建設(shè)發(fā)展已逐步形成了一定的體制，并幫助千萬大學(xué)生解決了就業(yè)問題，但隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、高等教育規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大等因素的影響，大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題依然成為高校面臨的一項緊迫任務(wù)。 當(dāng)前，受國際經(jīng)濟(jì)大環(huán)境的沖擊和影響，我國就業(yè)形勢十分嚴(yán)峻，高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)面臨前所未有的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。大學(xué)生的就業(yè)思想狀況成為社會關(guān)注的焦點，并與高校的生存和可持續(xù)發(fā)展及社會的穩(wěn)定密不可分，因此大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作已成為思想政治教育就業(yè)管理工作中亟待加強(qiáng)的環(huán)節(jié)。做好大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作是一個系統(tǒng)工程，學(xué)校的各種教育因素對其都有不同的作用，其中，思想政治教育發(fā)揮著及其重要的作用，思想政治教育是大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的靈魂，它貫穿于就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的整個過程。在大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中加強(qiáng)思想政治教育作用，能夠增強(qiáng)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的針對性，有助于幫助大學(xué)生形成正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀和擇業(yè)觀，有助于培養(yǎng)健康的就業(yè)心理。 如何把思想政治教育與大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)有效結(jié)合，發(fā)揮思想政治教育在大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中的重要地位和作用是新形勢下擺在思想政治教育工作者面前的一個重要課題。本文通過對大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中思想政治教育的作用研究，提出當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中思想政治教育工作現(xiàn)狀，揭示了存在的主要問題及分析存在問題的原因，探討研究了如何加強(qiáng)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中思想政治教育作用的對策，并提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students is a hot social issue concerned by the government, families and schools. After more than ten years of construction and development, the employment guidance work of college students in our country has gradually formed a certain system and helped thousands of college students to solve the employment problem. However, with the rapid development of social economy, Because of the increasing scale of higher education, the employment of college students is still an urgent task. At present, with the impact and influence of the international economic environment, the employment situation of our country is very severe, and the employment of college graduates is facing unprecedented pressure and challenge. The ideological status of college students' employment has become the focus of social concern, and is closely related to the survival, sustainable development and social stability of colleges and universities. Therefore, the employment guidance of college students has become an urgent step in the employment management of ideological and political education. It is a systematic project to do a good job of college students' employment guidance, and all kinds of educational factors have different effects on it. Among them, ideological and political education plays an important role, and ideological and political education is the soul of college students' employment guidance. It runs through the whole process of employment guidance. Strengthening the role of ideological and political education in college students' employment guidance can enhance the pertinence of employment guidance, help college students to form a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values and job selection, and help to cultivate a healthy psychology of employment. How to effectively combine ideological and political education with college students' employment guidance and give play to the important position and function of ideological and political education in the guidance of college students' employment is an important subject for ideological and political educators in the new situation. Based on the study of the role of ideological and political education in college students' employment guidance, this paper puts forward the current situation of ideological and political education in college students' employment guidance, and reveals the main problems and analyzes the reasons for the problems. This paper probes into the countermeasures of how to strengthen the function of ideological and political education in the guidance of employment, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
