【摘要】：隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展，新情況新問題不斷出現(xiàn)，思想政治教育對人才資源的開發(fā)已經(jīng)成為理論和實(shí)踐研究的熱點(diǎn)問題。旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展的思想政治教育做的是人的工作，本身就具有開發(fā)人的潛能提升人的素質(zhì)的功能，高校思想政治教育更是如此。因此，研究高校思想政治教育的開發(fā)功能，并提高其功能發(fā)揮的實(shí)效性大有文章可做。 積極心理學(xué)作為一門以研究人類積極力量的理論與應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的科學(xué)，對高校思想政治教育有重要的借鑒意義，為高校思想政治教育開發(fā)功能的發(fā)揮提供科學(xué)的理論支撐，拓展了高校思想政治教育開發(fā)功能發(fā)揮的具體方法。本文介紹了積極心理學(xué)與高校思想政治教育開發(fā)功能的相關(guān)理論，并通過分析積極心理學(xué)對高校思想政治教育開發(fā)功能發(fā)揮的重要意義，提出促進(jìn)高校思想政治教育開發(fā)功能發(fā)揮的有效路徑。 本文綜合運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法、跨學(xué)科研究方法、資料分析法，對已有的思想政治教育開發(fā)功能研究成果進(jìn)行梳理分析，，找出與積極心理學(xué)相關(guān)理論的結(jié)合點(diǎn)，在分析能體現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育開發(fā)功能發(fā)揮效果的現(xiàn)有資料的基礎(chǔ)上，找出積極心理學(xué)視閾下思想政治教育開發(fā)功能發(fā)揮的不足，從而提出具有針對性的路徑和策略。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society, new situations and new problems appear constantly. The exploitation of talent resources by ideological and political education has become a hot issue in theory and practice. The ideological and political education, which aims to realize the all-round development of human beings, does the work of human beings, and it has the function of developing the potential of human beings to improve the quality of human beings, especially the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is possible to study the development function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to improve the effectiveness of its function. As a science combining the theory and application of human positive forces, positive psychology has important reference significance for ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and provides scientific theoretical support for the development function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It expands the specific methods of developing the function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper introduces the theory of positive psychology and the development function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the important significance of positive psychology to the development function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward an effective way to promote the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper makes use of literature survey, interdisciplinary research method and data analysis method, combs and analyzes the existing research results of ideological and political education development function, and finds out the combination point with the related theories of positive psychology. On the basis of analyzing the existing data which can reflect the effect of the development function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper finds out the deficiency of the development function of ideological and political education in the perspective of positive psychology, and puts forward some targeted paths and strategies.
