我國專業(yè)類高校評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與指標(biāo)體系研究
[Abstract]:Under the influence of many factors, such as the unreasonable allocation of higher education resources in China, the traditional concept of "attaching importance to learning and neglecting skill" and the comprehensive evaluation launched by social intermediary organizations, In the course of the development of professional colleges and universities, they gradually deviate from the idea of running a school in their service industry, lose the direction of running a school, and generally have problems such as the pursuit of comprehensiveness and scale, the tendency to academic and the weakening of the characteristics of running a school. In order to guide the classification development of all kinds of colleges and universities and to promote the development of professional colleges and universities, it is necessary to develop the evaluation standard and index system of specialized colleges and universities. According to the concept and basic characteristics of professional colleges and universities, the paper follows the principle of combining result evaluation index with formative evaluation index, quantitative index with qualitative index, quantity index with quality index, common index with individuality index. Referring to the research results of evaluation of colleges and universities, the evaluation standards of professional colleges and universities are pre-selected as five items of school running idea, talent training, scientific research, social service, school running reputation, and 33 evaluation indexes. By means of expert interview, questionnaire survey and factor analysis, the evaluation criteria and indexes were selected. Finally, the evaluation criteria were reduced to talent training, scientific research, development potential 3 and evaluation indexes 15. A new evaluation index system of specialized colleges and universities is constructed by using AHP to empower the index system, and its application method is explained in detail. Compared with the existing evaluation index system of colleges and universities, the evaluation index system designed in this paper has relative equilibrium between quantitative index and qualitative index setting, diversified evaluation subjects, comprehensive evaluation of objective quality and subjective quality. Combining classification evaluation with hierarchical evaluation, the authors emphasize on evaluating the quality and development potential of colleges and universities, which are relatively independent of each other, summarized and condensed, giving consideration to equity and so on.
