美國社區(qū)學(xué)院學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換制度對學(xué)分銀行學(xué)分認(rèn)證設(shè)計的啟示

【摘要】:美國社區(qū)學(xué)院學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換制度是高中教育與四年制本科教育或與其他教育類型之間的溝通橋梁。它幾經(jīng)變遷,使學(xué)習(xí)者獲得的學(xué)分能從社區(qū)學(xué)院轉(zhuǎn)向四年制大學(xué),從職業(yè)教育轉(zhuǎn)向普通學(xué)術(shù)教育、遠(yuǎn)程教育、成人教育或非學(xué)歷教育。它具有以下特點:政策支持、互簽協(xié)議、課程編碼、轉(zhuǎn)換限定和多領(lǐng)域兌換,降低了大學(xué)的入學(xué)門檻,為每個美國公民開啟機(jī)會之門,使許多弱勢階層的人能夠接受各種類型高等教育。我國的學(xué)分銀行學(xué)分認(rèn)證與學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換制度有相似之處,可以從中得到借鑒,進(jìn)行學(xué)分銀行的學(xué)分認(rèn)證設(shè)計,包括:1.建立國家層面的政策和法規(guī);2.建立學(xué)分銀行認(rèn)證聯(lián)盟,簽訂合作協(xié)議;3.制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的學(xué)分銀行課程體系;4.確保學(xué)分互認(rèn)的質(zhì)量水準(zhǔn)和含金量;5.明確學(xué)分互認(rèn)的認(rèn)證類型與范圍。
[Abstract]:American community college credit conversion system is a bridge between high school education and four-year undergraduate education or other types of education. It has changed from community college to four-year college, from vocational education to general academic education, distance education, adult education or non-academic education. It has the following characteristics: policy support, mutual signing agreements, course coding, conversion restrictions and multi-domain convertibility, lowering the threshold for college admission and opening the door of opportunity for every American citizen. To enable many disadvantaged people to receive various types of higher education. China's credit bank credit certification and credit conversion system have similarities, can be used for reference, credit bank credit certification design, including: 1. Establishing policies and regulations at the national level; 2. Establish credit bank certification alliance, sign cooperation agreement; 3. Develop a standardized credit bank curriculum system; 4. Ensure the quality and gold content of credit recognition; 5. Identify the types and scope of credit recognition.
