【摘要】：潛規(guī)則在人們的生活中作為一種不成文的章法而存在,它是被隱蔽和潛藏起來的,是見不得光的。社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型和封建傳統(tǒng)文化是潛規(guī)則產(chǎn)生的重要原因。它的產(chǎn)生影響了社會(huì)發(fā)展的正常秩序,也嚴(yán)重危害了大學(xué)生的思想,造成了大學(xué)生理想信念淡薄,政治信仰迷茫,社會(huì)責(zé)任感缺乏,價(jià)值取向功利化。 為了解決潛規(guī)則對(duì)大學(xué)生的影響,要從以下幾方面開始入手：首先,要凈化社會(huì)風(fēng)氣,完善制度,堅(jiān)持改革,堅(jiān)持民主與公平公正的原則。其次,要提高大學(xué)生的自身覺悟,提高大學(xué)生的自我教育意識(shí),加強(qiáng)自身修養(yǎng)與品德。再次,提倡家庭的正面教育引導(dǎo),發(fā)揮家長(zhǎng)的教育職能,家長(zhǎng)是大學(xué)生的啟蒙老師,對(duì)大學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)和人格的形成有著重要的影響。最后,加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè),讓大學(xué)生有一個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)和生活環(huán)境。因?yàn)樾@文化每時(shí)每刻都在熏陶著大學(xué)生,也在潛移默化的影響著大學(xué)生的思想觀念。 潛規(guī)則作為一個(gè)社會(huì)問題危害著大學(xué)生的身心健康,因此,全社會(huì)都應(yīng)該關(guān)心大學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng),加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的思想政治教育,為大學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作獻(xiàn)言獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:Hidden rules exist as an unwritten rule in people's life. They are hidden and can not be seen. Social transformation and feudal traditional culture are the important reasons for the formation of latent rules. It affects the normal order of social development and seriously harms the thought of college students, resulting in weak ideals and beliefs, confused political beliefs, lack of social responsibility and utilitarian value orientation. In order to solve the influence of latent rules on college students, we should start from the following aspects: first, we should purify the social atmosphere, perfect the system, adhere to the reform, and adhere to the principles of democracy, fairness and justice. Secondly, we should improve college students' self-consciousness, self-education consciousness, self-cultivation and moral character. Thirdly, it advocates the positive education guidance of the family and exerts the educational function of the parents. The parents are the enlightening teachers of the college students, which have an important influence on the healthy growth and the formation of personality of the college students. Finally, strengthen the campus culture construction, let the university student have a good study and living environment. Because the campus culture is edifying every moment of college students, but also in the influence of the ideological ideas of college students. As a social problem, latent rules are harmful to the physical and mental health of college students. Therefore, the whole society should pay attention to the healthy growth of college students, strengthen the ideological and political education of college students, and offer suggestions for the ideological and political education of college students.
