【摘要】：在新的歷史條件下,大學(xué)生群體的思想和行為方式發(fā)生了深刻的變化,給大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作提出嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),也給教育者提出了更高的要求。面對新形勢,大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作者積極探索,在不斷總結(jié)學(xué)科自身發(fā)展經(jīng)驗的同時,積極借鑒其他學(xué)科的理論和方法,不斷創(chuàng)新,取得了明顯的成效。其中,把社會小組工作方法引入到大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作中,就是其中的典范。社會小組工作方法與大學(xué)生思想政治教育的理念契合、內(nèi)容交叉、目標(biāo)一致,為二者的結(jié)合提供了必要和可能。把社會小組工作方法借鑒并運(yùn)用于大學(xué)生思想政治教育中,有利于更新大學(xué)生思想政治教育理念,創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生思想政治教育的模式和方法,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。本文包括三章： 第一章：大學(xué)生思想政治教育對社會小組工作方法借鑒和運(yùn)用的概要。本章首先對社會小組工作方法的涵義、特征及功能和大學(xué)生思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)及任務(wù)等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,在此基礎(chǔ)上,指出大學(xué)生思想政治教育對社會小組工作方法借鑒及運(yùn)用的意義。 第二章：大學(xué)生思想政治教育對社會小組工作方法借鑒的內(nèi)容。本章主要闡述了大學(xué)生思想政治教育對社會小組工作方法借鑒的具體內(nèi)容,主要包括對社會小組工作方法理念、原則、模式等方面的借鑒。 第三章：大學(xué)生思想政治教育中社會小組工作方法的運(yùn)用。本章以大學(xué)生思想政治教育所涉及的對象為中心,分別從轉(zhuǎn)變教育者的理念、提高教育者的能力與技巧、發(fā)揮大學(xué)生的主動性以及運(yùn)用的保障性建設(shè)等方面提出了運(yùn)用要求。
[Abstract]:Under the new historical conditions, profound changes have taken place in the thought and behavior of the college students, which have posed a severe challenge to the ideological and political education of college students and put forward higher requirements for the educators. Facing the new situation, the ideological and political educators of college students actively explore, while constantly summing up their own development experience, actively learn from the theories and methods of other disciplines, constantly innovate, and have achieved obvious results. Among them, the introduction of social group work method into the ideological and political education of college students, is one of the models. The method of social group work coincides with the idea of ideological and political education of college students, the content is intersected and the goal is the same, which provides the necessity and possibility for the combination of the two. It is beneficial to renew the idea of ideological and political education, to innovate the mode and method of ideological and political education of college students, and to promote the all-round development of college students by using the method of social group work for reference and applying it to the ideological and political education of college students. This paper includes three chapters: the first chapter: the summary of the use of ideological and political education for social groups. In this chapter, the connotation, characteristics and functions of social group work methods and the connotation, characteristics and tasks of ideological and political education for college students are expounded in detail. This paper points out the significance of ideological and political education of college students to the use of social group working methods. The second chapter: the content of the ideological and political education to the social group. This chapter mainly expounds the concrete contents of the ideological and political education of college students to the social group work method, including the social group work method idea, the principle, the model and so on. The third chapter: the application of social group working method in the ideological and political education of college students. This chapter focuses on the objects involved in the ideological and political education of college students, and puts forward the application requirements from the aspects of changing the concept of educators, improving the abilities and skills of educators, giving play to the initiative of college students and the construction of the guarantee of application.
