美、英、澳大學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的特點(diǎn)

【摘要】:正教師是教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是提高教育質(zhì)量、辦好人民滿意教育的關(guān)鍵。在探討我國(guó)大學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)路徑時(shí),我們有必要選取一些在教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)方面有重要理念和重大舉措的國(guó)家進(jìn)行研究分析。美國(guó)、英國(guó)、澳大利亞三國(guó)高等教育較為發(fā)達(dá),其大學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)各具特色,分別代表了歐美各洲的不同模式,其改革目標(biāo)和策略可以從不同的角度為我國(guó)高校帶來(lái)理念啟迪和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
[Abstract]:Regular teachers are the foundation of the development of education, and the key to improve the quality of education and run well the people's satisfactory education. It is necessary to select some countries which have important ideas and measures in the construction of college teachers in order to study and analyze the path of the construction of college teachers in our country. The higher education of the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia is relatively developed, and the construction of university teachers has its own characteristics, representing the different modes of each continent in Europe and the United States. Its reform objectives and strategies can bring inspiration and experience to Chinese universities from different angles.
