【摘要】：高校網(wǎng)站信息公開效果評(píng)價(jià)是高校信息公開工作的重要組成部分，，開展高校網(wǎng)站信息公開效果評(píng)價(jià)研究對(duì)于推進(jìn)高校信息公開工作具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。文章在高校網(wǎng)站信息公開效果評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上，主要從高校網(wǎng)站信息公開的原則、高校網(wǎng)站信息公開體系的參考框架、高校網(wǎng)站信息公開的范圍、高校網(wǎng)站信息公開的評(píng)價(jià)方法幾個(gè)方面論述了高校網(wǎng)站信息公開效果評(píng)價(jià)理論體系的構(gòu)建問題。結(jié)合對(duì)高校網(wǎng)站信息公開現(xiàn)狀的分析，構(gòu)建了包含七項(xiàng)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和二十四項(xiàng)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的高校網(wǎng)站信息公開效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，試圖運(yùn)用指標(biāo)體系對(duì)我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)站信息公開效果進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)。最后，就如何利用高校網(wǎng)站深入推進(jìn)高校信息公開進(jìn)行了思考，對(duì)進(jìn)一步完善及提高我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)站信息公開質(zhì)量提出四點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of the effect of university website information disclosure is an important part of the work of university information disclosure. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to carry out the research on the effect evaluation of university website information disclosure. On the basis of the connotation of the evaluation of the effect of university website information disclosure, this paper mainly discusses the principles of university website information disclosure, the reference frame of university website information publicity system, and the scope of university website information disclosure. This paper discusses the construction of the evaluation system of the effect of university website information disclosure in several aspects. Based on the analysis of the present situation of university website information disclosure, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of university website information disclosure effect, which includes seven first-grade indexes and 24 second-level indexes. This paper attempts to use the index system to dynamically evaluate the effect of information disclosure on university websites in China. Finally, this paper gives some thoughts on how to make use of the university website to promote the university information publicity, and puts forward four suggestions on how to further improve and improve the quality of the university website information disclosure in our country.
