【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代社會和我國教育事業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,包括民辦藝術(shù)高校在內(nèi)的高等院校面臨著生存的挑戰(zhàn)。從2008年開始,我國高考生數(shù)量逐年減少,高等教育市場從高校選擇學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷W(xué)生選擇高校,競爭格局發(fā)生根本性轉(zhuǎn)變。藝術(shù)類考生由于平均每人都參加十余所藝術(shù)類院校專業(yè)考試,對藝術(shù)類院校的選擇更加多樣性,競爭更加激烈,民辦藝術(shù)類院校面臨著生存危機。本文通過對民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理隊伍建設(shè)的基本理論問題進行深入探討,綜合分析學(xué)術(shù)界對民辦藝術(shù)類高校管理隊伍建設(shè)理論的各種觀點看法,以系統(tǒng)分析的方法將其歸納,并緊密聯(lián)系實際,針對民辦藝術(shù)類高校管理隊伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,從多個角度剖析民辦藝術(shù)類高校管理隊伍建設(shè)工作中存在的問題,并且借鑒國外高校管理的先進經(jīng)驗,提出有助于提高民辦藝術(shù)類高校管理隊伍整體水平的對策,研究如何構(gòu)建有效的管理體系,進一步簡化管理機構(gòu),創(chuàng)新管理思路,提高民辦藝術(shù)類高校管理隊伍綜合素質(zhì),實現(xiàn)民辦藝術(shù)高校的有效治理與和諧發(fā)展。本文共分為五章。第一章,緒論。論述了的選題背景、研究意義、相關(guān)的文獻綜述和目前國內(nèi)外的對于民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理隊伍建設(shè)方法的研究現(xiàn)狀,明確論文的論點“建立健全民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理體系”。第二章,民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理隊伍建設(shè)概述。詳細介紹了民辦藝術(shù)高校的范圍、特點和行政管理隊伍的內(nèi)涵、基本結(jié)構(gòu)特點。第三章,民辦藝術(shù)類高校行政管理隊伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)存問題及原因。分析了民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理隊伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)存的問題以及問題存在的原因。第四章,促進民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理隊伍建設(shè)的對策。主要是結(jié)合國際上發(fā)達國家民辦藝術(shù)教育的成功經(jīng)驗,提出幾點民辦藝術(shù)教育行政管理隊伍建設(shè)的可行性意見。第五章,結(jié)論�？偨Y(jié)全文。The Research Of Administrative Management Team Construction Of Non-Governmental Art
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society and education in China, colleges and universities, including private art colleges, are facing the challenge of survival. Since 2008, the number of college entrance examination students in our country has been decreasing year by year, and the market of higher education has changed from choosing college students to students choosing colleges and universities, and the competition pattern has changed fundamentally. Due to the average number of art examinees taking more than ten art colleges and universities, the choice of art colleges is more diversified and the competition is more intense. Private art colleges are facing a crisis of survival. In this paper, the author makes a thorough discussion on the basic theoretical problems of the construction of the administrative team in the private art colleges and universities, and synthetically analyzes the various viewpoints of the academic circles on the construction theory of the management team in the private art colleges and universities, and concludes them by the method of systematic analysis. In view of the present situation of the management team construction in private art colleges and universities, the problems existing in the management team construction of private art colleges and universities are analyzed from many angles, and the advanced experiences of foreign universities and colleges are used for reference. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the overall level of the management team of private art colleges and universities, studies how to construct an effective management system, further simplifies the management organization, innovates the management ideas, and improves the comprehensive quality of the management team of the private art university. To realize the effective governance and harmonious development of private art colleges and universities. This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter one, introduction.
