【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)和我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,包括民辦藝術(shù)高校在內(nèi)的高等院校面臨著生存的挑戰(zhàn)。從2008年開(kāi)始,我國(guó)高考生數(shù)量逐年減少,高等教育市場(chǎng)從高校選擇學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷W(xué)生選擇高校,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局發(fā)生根本性轉(zhuǎn)變。藝術(shù)類考生由于平均每人都參加十余所藝術(shù)類院校專業(yè)考試,對(duì)藝術(shù)類院校的選擇更加多樣性,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈,民辦藝術(shù)類院校面臨著生存危機(jī)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的基本理論問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入探討,綜合分析學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)民辦藝術(shù)類高校管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)理論的各種觀點(diǎn)看法,以系統(tǒng)分析的方法將其歸納,并緊密聯(lián)系實(shí)際,針對(duì)民辦藝術(shù)類高校管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,從多個(gè)角度剖析民辦藝術(shù)類高校管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)工作中存在的問(wèn)題,并且借鑒國(guó)外高校管理的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出有助于提高民辦藝術(shù)類高校管理隊(duì)伍整體水平的對(duì)策,研究如何構(gòu)建有效的管理體系,進(jìn)一步簡(jiǎn)化管理機(jī)構(gòu),創(chuàng)新管理思路,提高民辦藝術(shù)類高校管理隊(duì)伍綜合素質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)民辦藝術(shù)高校的有效治理與和諧發(fā)展。本文共分為五章。第一章,緒論。論述了的選題背景、研究意義、相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)綜述和目前國(guó)內(nèi)外的對(duì)于民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)方法的研究現(xiàn)狀,明確論文的論點(diǎn)“建立健全民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理體系”。第二章,民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)概述。詳細(xì)介紹了民辦藝術(shù)高校的范圍、特點(diǎn)和行政管理隊(duì)伍的內(nèi)涵、基本結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。第三章,民辦藝術(shù)類高校行政管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題及原因。分析了民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題以及問(wèn)題存在的原因。第四章,促進(jìn)民辦藝術(shù)高校行政管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的對(duì)策。主要是結(jié)合國(guó)際上發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家民辦藝術(shù)教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出幾點(diǎn)民辦藝術(shù)教育行政管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的可行性意見(jiàn)。第五章,結(jié)論�？偨Y(jié)全文。The Research Of Administrative Management Team Construction Of Non-Governmental Art
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society and education in China, colleges and universities, including private art colleges, are facing the challenge of survival. Since 2008, the number of college entrance examination students in our country has been decreasing year by year, and the market of higher education has changed from choosing college students to students choosing colleges and universities, and the competition pattern has changed fundamentally. Due to the average number of art examinees taking more than ten art colleges and universities, the choice of art colleges is more diversified and the competition is more intense. Private art colleges are facing a crisis of survival. In this paper, the author makes a thorough discussion on the basic theoretical problems of the construction of the administrative team in the private art colleges and universities, and synthetically analyzes the various viewpoints of the academic circles on the construction theory of the management team in the private art colleges and universities, and concludes them by the method of systematic analysis. In view of the present situation of the management team construction in private art colleges and universities, the problems existing in the management team construction of private art colleges and universities are analyzed from many angles, and the advanced experiences of foreign universities and colleges are used for reference. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the overall level of the management team of private art colleges and universities, studies how to construct an effective management system, further simplifies the management organization, innovates the management ideas, and improves the comprehensive quality of the management team of the private art university. To realize the effective governance and harmonious development of private art colleges and universities. This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter one, introduction. This paper discusses the background, significance, literature review and the present situation of the research on the construction methods of the administrative team in the private arts colleges and universities.
