當(dāng)代美國大學(xué)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程改革及其啟示

【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)教育這一理念來源于素質(zhì)教育,也是當(dāng)今國際高等教育的一種發(fā)展趨勢。創(chuàng)業(yè)教育不僅促進(jìn)了高等教育的改革,也滿足了社會(huì)對(duì)多樣化人才的需求。近幾年來大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)熱門話題的關(guān)注,無論是中國高等教育部門,國家還是社會(huì)。在已經(jīng)到來的知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,我過對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的重視程度也越來越高,因此對(duì)在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中占重要地位的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程的改革的研究就成為國內(nèi)外高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)課題。 美國是世界上最早開設(shè)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程的國家,經(jīng)過多年的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育探索與實(shí)踐,已經(jīng)形成一套從中小學(xué)到本科及研究生教育的玩真的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程體系,笨各國紛紛效仿。我國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程起步較晚,受美國先進(jìn)理念的影響,我國目前一些高校也開始重視創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程的建設(shè)問題,采取了一系列諸如開設(shè)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育選修課程,成立創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中心,加大創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教師的培養(yǎng)力度等舉措,取得了一定的發(fā)展。然而就其現(xiàn)狀而言,我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程自身的發(fā)展還存在著許多不足及問題。因此,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育可側(cè)很難過改革的研究符合我國高等教育發(fā)展的趨勢,,有利于進(jìn)一步完善高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程理論,從而為創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程在我國的實(shí)踐提供理論支撐,同時(shí)也有利于提高高校管理者、教師和學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí),為我國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育觀念的深化提供有益的幫助和借鑒。 文章第一部分概述了美國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程的發(fā)展歷程,主要介紹了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程的發(fā)展背景和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程內(nèi)涵的界定兩個(gè)方面。第二部分創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程改革,主要從三個(gè)方面對(duì)其理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了論述,從課程改革的原理、課程改革的目標(biāo)取向和原則三方面。第三部分主要從創(chuàng)建企業(yè)家精神、擴(kuò)展課程深度、課程設(shè)計(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)變。課程支撐體系多樣化發(fā)展四方面來闡述了其創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程改革的發(fā)展趨勢。第四部分主要是通過分析在我國的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程改革發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題,目前在我國的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程設(shè)置階段。第五部分重點(diǎn)論述了在借鑒美國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程改革經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國國情與創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,我國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程改革所得到的啟示,主要有三點(diǎn):了解創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的價(jià)值、建立基于體驗(yàn)的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程體系、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程設(shè)置保障體系的建立。 從創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程改革的角度對(duì)美國高校的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育進(jìn)行梳理,進(jìn)而對(duì)我國高校有關(guān)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程改革方面主要是課程改革體系與保障進(jìn)行研究,可能是研究的一個(gè)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The idea of entrepreneurship education comes from quality education, and it is also a development trend of international higher education. Entrepreneurship education not only promotes the reform of higher education, but also meets the needs of the society for diverse talents. In recent years, college students' independent entrepreneurship has become a hot topic of concern, whether in China's higher education sector, the country or society. In the era of knowledge economy, I have paid more and more attention to entrepreneurship education. Therefore, the research on the curriculum reform of entrepreneurship education, which plays an important role in entrepreneurship education, has become a key issue in the research of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities at home and abroad. The United States is the first country in the world to set up entrepreneurship education curriculum. After many years of exploration and practice of entrepreneurship education, it has formed a set of real entrepreneurship education curriculum system from primary and secondary school to undergraduate and graduate education, which has been followed one after another by the stupid countries. Due to the influence of American advanced ideas, some colleges and universities in our country have begun to attach importance to the construction of entrepreneurship education courses, and adopted a series of courses such as setting up elective courses of entrepreneurship education and setting up entrepreneurship education centers. To increase the training of entrepreneurial education teachers and other measures, has made a certain development. However, as far as its present situation is concerned, there are still many shortcomings and problems in the development of entrepreneurship education curriculum in colleges and universities in China. Therefore, the research on the reform of entrepreneurship education is in line with the trend of higher education development in China, which is conducive to further improving the curriculum theory of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, thus providing theoretical support for the practice of entrepreneurship education courses in China. At the same time, it also helps to improve the awareness of entrepreneurship of university administrators, teachers and students, and provides useful help and reference for deepening the concept of entrepreneurship education in China. The first part of the article summarizes the development of entrepreneurship education curriculum in the United States, mainly introduces the development background of entrepreneurship education curriculum and the definition of the connotation of entrepreneurship education curriculum. The second part mainly discusses the theoretical basis of entrepreneurship education curriculum reform from three aspects: the principle of curriculum reform, the goal orientation and principle of curriculum reform. The third part mainly from the creation of entrepreneurship, expanding the depth of the curriculum, curriculum design changes. This paper expounds the development trend of curriculum reform of entrepreneurship education from four aspects: diversified development of curriculum support system. The fourth part is mainly through the analysis of entrepreneurship education curriculum reform in China to find out the existing problems, at present in our country entrepreneurship education curriculum setting stage. The fifth part focuses on the inspiration of entrepreneurship education curriculum reform in China, based on the experience of American entrepreneurship education curriculum reform, combined with the current situation of our country and the development of entrepreneurship education. There are three main points: to understand the value of entrepreneurship education, to establish an experience-based entrepreneurship education curriculum system, and to establish a guarantee system for entrepreneurship education curriculum setting. From the perspective of entrepreneurship education curriculum reform, this paper combs the entrepreneurship education in American colleges and universities, and then studies the curriculum reform system and guarantee in China's colleges and universities, which may be an innovation point of the research.
