【摘要】：實(shí)踐育人是高校人才培養(yǎng)的重要內(nèi)容。大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)作為實(shí)踐育人的重要一部分,在20余年的發(fā)展過程中,取得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,獲得了社會(huì)的認(rèn)可。高校鼓勵(lì)、支持大學(xué)生力所能及地開展形式多樣的志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng),并為大學(xué)生開展志愿服務(wù)提供支持,從而推動(dòng)高校的實(shí)踐育人工作。本研究基于實(shí)踐育人的視角,在厘清實(shí)踐育人和大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)的基本內(nèi)涵、現(xiàn)狀的前提下,在闡明實(shí)踐育人與大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)、志愿服務(wù)載體與志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,通過典型案例分析得出經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示,通過實(shí)證調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)存在問題及影響因素,從而闡明大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的構(gòu)建目標(biāo)、原則與內(nèi)涵,有針對(duì)性地提出大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制建設(shè)的對(duì)策與建議。研究?jī)?nèi)容分六章。第一章為導(dǎo)論,闡述本研究的研究背景、研究目的及研究意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)踐育人與大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行歸納。第二章對(duì)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行探討,提出了本研究的理論依據(jù)。第三章為大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀分析,通過對(duì)北京大學(xué)青年志愿者協(xié)會(huì)、清華大學(xué)紫荊志愿者服務(wù)總隊(duì)、吉林大學(xué)白求恩志愿者協(xié)會(huì)、武漢理工大學(xué)郎坤志愿服務(wù)隊(duì)、華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)本禹志愿服務(wù)隊(duì)的研究總結(jié)典型經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法,同時(shí),通過對(duì)華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制建設(shè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證調(diào)查,了解大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制建設(shè)存在的主要問題,并分析影響因素。第四章對(duì)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的構(gòu)建目標(biāo)、原則與內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了闡釋,大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的構(gòu)建遵循持續(xù)性原則、系統(tǒng)性原則、組織性原則、創(chuàng)新性原則,大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的內(nèi)涵主要是內(nèi)容專業(yè)化、管理項(xiàng)目化、活動(dòng)品牌化、隊(duì)伍骨干化。第五章提出大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制建設(shè)的對(duì)策與建議,從理念先導(dǎo)、平臺(tái)支撐、組織保障、環(huán)境支持四個(gè)方面著手推動(dòng)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制建設(shè)。第六章總結(jié)本研究的主要成果,指出本研究有待進(jìn)一步研究的問題。本研究在典型案例、實(shí)證調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,并提出大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制建設(shè)和有效運(yùn)行的對(duì)策,為高校實(shí)踐育人實(shí)踐提供研究參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Practical education is an important part of talent training in colleges and universities. As an important part of practical education, college students' voluntary service has made great progress and been recognized by the society in the course of more than 20 years' development. Colleges and universities encourage and support college students to carry out various forms of voluntary service activities, and provide support for college students to carry out voluntary service, so as to promote the practical work of educating people in colleges and universities. Based on the perspective of practical education, this study clarifies the basic connotation and current situation of practical education and college students' voluntary service, and clarifies the practical education and college students' voluntary service. On the basis of the relationship between voluntary service carrier and long-term mechanism of voluntary service, the author draws the inspiration from the typical case analysis, finds out the existing problems and influencing factors through the empirical investigation, and clarifies the goal of constructing the long-term mechanism of voluntary service for college students. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service. The research is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the research background, purpose and significance of this study, and summarizes the related research results of domestic practice education and college students' voluntary service. The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of the long-term mechanism construction of college students' voluntary service, and puts forward the theoretical basis of this study. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the long-term mechanism construction of college students' voluntary service, through the analysis of the Youth Volunteer Association of Peking University, the Bauhinia volunteer service team of Tsinghua University, and the Bethune Volunteer Association of Jilin University. Wuhan University of Science and Technology Lang Kun volunteer service team, Huazhong Agricultural University Benyu voluntary service team of the typical experience and practices, at the same time, through the construction of long-term mechanism of volunteer service of agricultural college students in Central China empirical investigation, To understand the main problems existing in the long-term mechanism construction of college students' voluntary service, and analyze the influencing factors. The fourth chapter explains the goal, principle and connotation of the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service. The construction of long-term mechanism of voluntary service follows the principles of sustainability, systematization, organization and innovation. The connotation of the long effect mechanism of college students' voluntary service is the specialization of content, the project of management, the brand of activities and the backbone of the team. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the long-term mechanism construction of college students' voluntary service, and starts to promote the long-term mechanism construction of college students' voluntary service from four aspects: idea guide, platform support, organization guarantee and environment support. The sixth chapter summarizes the main results of this study and points out the problems that need further study. On the basis of typical cases and empirical investigation, this study constructs the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service, and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction and effective operation of the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service, which provides the research reference and reference for the practice of educating people in colleges and universities.
