【摘要】：高校實(shí)踐育人是一項(xiàng)牽一發(fā)而動(dòng)全身的教育教學(xué)活動(dòng),涉及面廣,復(fù)雜性強(qiáng)。要全過程、全方位、全覆蓋地推進(jìn)實(shí)踐育人,就必須突破現(xiàn)有思維模式與框架,確立整體把握的思維模式。具體要求是:在遵循高等教育規(guī)律中規(guī)范實(shí)踐育人行為,在彰顯個(gè)體辦學(xué)特色中調(diào)節(jié)實(shí)踐育人差異,在平衡多對(duì)內(nèi)外關(guān)系中優(yōu)化實(shí)踐育人環(huán)境,在構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度中建立實(shí)踐育人機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The practice of educating people in colleges and universities is an all-around educational and teaching activity involving a wide range of aspects and a strong complexity. In order to promote the practice of educating people in the whole process, all directions and all covers, we must break through the existing mode of thinking and frame and establish the mode of thinking that we can grasp as a whole. The specific requirements are: to standardize the practice of educating people in accordance with the law of higher education, to adjust the differences of practice education in highlighting the characteristics of individual running schools, to optimize the environment of practical education in balancing the relationship between internal and external relations, In the construction of modern university system, the establishment of practical education mechanism.
