【摘要】：大學生思想政治教育工作在經(jīng)濟全球化的背景下面臨新的挑戰(zhàn),其工作系統(tǒng)中的各組織協(xié)同合作非常必要。針對大學生思想政治教育中存在的非線性活動和漲落現(xiàn)象,可運用協(xié)同理論的觀點,在大學生思想政治教育中構建機構、制度以及教育內(nèi)容、教育途徑、全程循環(huán)等協(xié)同機制,以促進高校思想政治教育各系統(tǒng)之間產(chǎn)生關聯(lián)運動,形成協(xié)同效應,提高系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的自組織能力和抗干擾能力,優(yōu)化思想政治教育的整體結(jié)構和整體功能,實現(xiàn)大學生政治思想教育效果的最大化。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the ideological and political education of college students faces new challenges. It is necessary for the organizations in their work system to cooperate with each other. In view of the phenomenon of nonlinear activities and fluctuations in college students' ideological and political education, we can use the theory of synergy to construct the cooperative mechanism in the ideological and political education of college students, such as the organization, the system, the content of education, the way of education, the whole process of circulation, and so on. In order to promote the related movement among the various systems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, form the synergistic effect, improve the ability of self-organization and anti-interference in the system, optimize the whole structure and function of the ideological and political education. To maximize the effect of college students' political and ideological education.
