【摘要】：隨著高校學(xué)分制的改革,班級觀念的逐步弱化,宿舍成為了高校育人的重要陣地。宿舍對學(xué)生的成長發(fā)展具有重要的作用,影響著他們的行為的方式、處事的態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)的質(zhì)量和道德修養(yǎng)的提升。大理大學(xué)作為少數(shù)民族聚居地區(qū)的一所綜合性大學(xué),其多學(xué)科的教學(xué)規(guī)模越來越多地吸引著來自國內(nèi)各省的本科生、研究生,同時來自東南亞國家的留學(xué)生人數(shù)也日漸增多。在這樣一個民族成分較多的學(xué)校,如何通過宿舍實(shí)現(xiàn)育人功能是本文的目的所在。本文通過文獻(xiàn)法對國內(nèi)外高校宿舍育人的情況進(jìn)行總結(jié),分析宿舍育人的優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗(yàn)。通過調(diào)查問卷分析法,深度訪談法對大理大學(xué)目前的宿舍育人情況進(jìn)行研究,找出大理大學(xué)在宿舍育人過程中存在的不足。論文結(jié)構(gòu)分為五個部分,第一部分介紹了選題背景、研究目的、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容以及國內(nèi)外研究狀況的說明。第二部分對寢室、宿舍、公寓,教育、育人以及思想政治教育相關(guān)概念做了一個界定,進(jìn)行了學(xué)生宿舍與其他宿舍之間的對比,宿舍育人的功能以及內(nèi)容的說明。第三部分則是通過對大理大學(xué)學(xué)生宿舍育人現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查問卷的分析以及深度訪談,介紹大理大學(xué)在目前的宿舍育人過程中的情況。第四部分闡述了大理大學(xué)宿舍育人的機(jī)遇以及挑戰(zhàn)。第五部分是關(guān)于大理大學(xué)學(xué)生宿舍育人功能發(fā)揮的對策分析,具體說明如何發(fā)揮育人功能的各項(xiàng)措施,體現(xiàn)了宿舍育人功能的發(fā)揮是一個系統(tǒng)化和長期性的進(jìn)程,需要長時間的堅(jiān)持和努力。
[Abstract]:With the reform of credit system and the gradual weakening of class concept, dormitory has become an important position for higher education. Dormitory plays an important role in the growth and development of students, affecting their behavior, attitude to work, learning quality and moral improvement. Dali University, as a comprehensive university in the minority areas, is attracting more and more undergraduates and graduate students from all over the country, and the number of overseas students from Southeast Asian countries is increasing day by day. In such a school with more ethnic elements, how to achieve the function of educating people through dormitory is the purpose of this paper. This paper summarizes the situation of college dormitory education at home and abroad, and analyzes the excellent experience of dormitory education. Through questionnaire analysis and in-depth interview, this paper studies the current situation of dormitory education in Dali University, and finds out the shortcomings of Dali University in the process of dormitory education. The structure of the thesis is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background, research purpose, research significance, research content and the explanation of the research situation at home and abroad. The second part defines the concepts of dormitory, apartment, education, education and ideological and political education. The third part is to analyze the current situation of Dali University students' dormitory education and to introduce the situation of Dali University in the process of dormitory education. The fourth part expounds the opportunities and challenges of Dali University dormitory education. The fifth part is about the Dali University student dormitory education function display countermeasure analysis, the concrete explanation how to play the education function each measure, has manifested the dormitory education function display is a systematic and long-term process. It takes a long time of persistence and effort.
