大學(xué)生思想政治教育的個(gè)性化教育研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是知識(shí)化、信息化的時(shí)代,它對(duì)人才的要求不僅是知識(shí)廣博,還要求人才具有豐富的情感、健康的個(gè)性,應(yīng)德才兼?zhèn),全面發(fā)展,,和諧發(fā)展。因此,培養(yǎng)人的健康個(gè)性成為近年來(lái)各國(guó)德育凸顯的重要內(nèi)容。加強(qiáng)思想政治教育的個(gè)性化教育研究對(duì)于體現(xiàn)思想政治教育的性質(zhì),提高思想政治教育的有效性,培養(yǎng)受教育者的個(gè)性,促進(jìn)其創(chuàng)新性,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)其素質(zhì)的全面發(fā)展具有重大意義。 本文首先從整體上對(duì)個(gè)性化教育進(jìn)行探索,力求準(zhǔn)確界定個(gè)性,揭示個(gè)性化教育的內(nèi)涵,闡述思想政治教育的個(gè)性化教育的定義、內(nèi)容及特點(diǎn)。在概括大學(xué)生思想政治教育的個(gè)性化教育內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,探討在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中加強(qiáng)個(gè)性化教育的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。從理論視角看,在思想政治教育中加強(qiáng)個(gè)性化教育有科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、因材施教思想、多元智力理論和人本主義教育思想為其提供依據(jù);從現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā),中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的客觀要求和高校培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的內(nèi)在需求兩個(gè)方面反映出加強(qiáng)個(gè)性化教育是思想政治教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。隨之在大學(xué)生思想政治教育的個(gè)性化教育現(xiàn)狀分析中,總結(jié)其發(fā)展成效,剖析其在教育內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法等五個(gè)方面所面臨的問(wèn)題及原因,為實(shí)施策略的提出做鋪墊。 思想政治教育作為以促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展為目標(biāo)的教育活動(dòng),必須緊跟時(shí)代步伐,科學(xué)分析和把握當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的個(gè)性特征,轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,結(jié)合以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主體性、獨(dú)特性和創(chuàng)造性為主的個(gè)性化教育;根據(jù)個(gè)性化教育目標(biāo)和大學(xué)生心理發(fā)展規(guī)律,優(yōu)化教學(xué)內(nèi)容,結(jié)合實(shí)踐;改革創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方式方法,突出個(gè)性化教育的藝術(shù);加強(qiáng)思想政治教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè),建立新型師生關(guān)系;優(yōu)化環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)隱性個(gè)性化教育;構(gòu)建個(gè)性化的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)發(fā)展和個(gè)體發(fā)展的和諧統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is an era of knowledge and information. Its requirement for talents is not only extensive knowledge, but also rich emotion and healthy personality, should be both moral and talented, all-round development and harmonious development. Therefore, the cultivation of healthy personality has become an important content of moral education in recent years. Strengthening the research on individualized education of ideological and political education can reflect the nature of ideological and political education, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, cultivate the personality of the educated, and promote its innovation. It is of great significance to realize the overall development of its quality. At first, this article explores the individualized education from the whole, tries to define the individuality accurately, reveals the connotation of the individualized education, and expounds the definition, content and characteristics of the individualized education of ideological and political education. On the basis of summarizing the connotation of individualized education of college students' ideological and political education, this paper probes into the theoretical and practical basis of strengthening individualized education in college students' ideological and political education. From the perspective of theory, strengthening individualized education in ideological and political education has the scientific development view, which is based on the theory of teaching students according to their aptitude, the theory of pluralistic intelligence and the educational thought of humanism. From the reality, the objective requirements of the development of China's modernization and the internal demand of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities reflect that strengthening individualized education is the inevitable trend of the development of ideological and political education. Then, in the analysis of the status quo of individualized education of college students' ideological and political education, the author summarizes its development effect, analyzes its problems and reasons in five aspects, such as the content of education and teaching methods, and lays the groundwork for putting forward the implementation strategy. Ideological and political education, as an educational activity aimed at promoting the all-round development of human beings, must closely follow the pace of the times, scientifically analyze and grasp the personality characteristics of contemporary college students, change the educational concept and combine it with the cultivation of students' subjectivity. Individualized education based on uniqueness and creativity; According to the goal of individualized education and the law of college students' psychological development, we should optimize the teaching content, combine with practice, reform teaching methods and methods, highlight the art of individualized education, strengthen the construction of ideological and political education team, and establish a new relationship between teachers and students. Optimize the environment, realize the hidden individualized education, construct the individualized evaluation mechanism, realize the harmonious unity of social development and individual development.
