高校教師心理危機(jī)及對策研究
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating talents for the country and promoting the development of science and technology and social progress. College teachers, as the most important resources in colleges and universities, have achieved their special social status with their specific social roles and missions. College teachers are the fundamental guarantee for colleges and universities to realize their mission and responsibilities. With the continuous development of society and the deepening of educational system reform, college teachers are also facing a series of new challenges and pressures, which lead to a series of psychological problems, leading to a series of events. Aroused strong reaction in the society. The psychological health of college teachers has become the focus of social attention. If the psychological crisis of university teachers is not well solved, it will affect the reform and development of higher education in China to a great extent. This paper studies the psychological crisis of college teachers and its countermeasures from the perspective of psychology. This paper analyzes the particularity of college teachers' psychological crisis from the particularity of university teachers, introduces the main manifestation of university teachers' psychological crisis, and analyzes the causes of university teachers' psychological crisis from two aspects of external and internal reasons. On the basis of the previous research, from the necessity of the psychological crisis intervention of university teachers, the principle of intervention, the intervention system of college teachers' psychological crisis, the external help system, In order to alleviate the psychological crisis of university teachers and its negative influence on higher education, this paper discusses in detail the intervention countermeasures of college teachers' psychological crisis from the internal self-help system, so as to promote the healthy development of college teachers' psychology and the cause of higher education in our country. The innovation of this paper is to prove the particularity of college teachers' psychological crisis according to the particularity of university teachers' group, and to lay the precondition for the intervention of university teachers' psychological crisis. Secondly, in the aspect of intervention countermeasures of college teachers' psychological crisis, it not only discusses the intervention system of university teachers' psychological crisis, external help system, internal self-help system, but also studies the principles of college teachers' psychological crisis intervention. It can provide suggestions and references for the concrete practice of psychological crisis intervention of college teachers.
