【摘要】：我國(guó)地方高校數(shù)量眾多,在高等教育體系中具有舉足輕重的作用。地方高校為我國(guó)高等教育大眾化作出巨大貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)也肩負(fù)著服務(wù)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)尤其是服務(wù)地方社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的責(zé)任。地方高校想要更好的、長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展,必須主動(dòng)地、勇敢地承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任。地方高校正走出象牙塔,融入社會(huì),在承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任取得一定的成績(jī),這是有目共睹的；另一方面,在踐行社會(huì)責(zé)任還有不少問(wèn)題,如不少地方高校缺乏社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí),與社會(huì)各界接觸不夠、不到位。本文采用文獻(xiàn)法、比較教育研究法、個(gè)案研究法以及理論思辨等方法,從高等教育的政治論、利益相關(guān)者理論、高等教育軸心論等視野出發(fā),審視與探討我國(guó)地方高校和區(qū)域社會(huì)發(fā)展關(guān)系。并指出地方高校在履行其社會(huì)責(zé)任過(guò)程中,如何必須與區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、地方政府、企事業(yè)單位以及兄弟院校發(fā)展建立新的合作關(guān)系。地方政府有責(zé)任促進(jìn)地方高校的發(fā)展,而地方高校應(yīng)當(dāng)成為地方政府的智囊團(tuán)。新時(shí)期,地方高校面臨新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,地方高校與地方社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化發(fā)展有著緊密的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:There are many local colleges and universities in our country, which play an important role in the higher education system. Local colleges and universities make great contributions to the popularization of higher education in China, but also shoulder the responsibility of serving the social economy, especially the local social economy. Local colleges and universities to better, long-term development, must take the initiative, brave social responsibility. It is obvious to all that local colleges and universities are walking out of the ivory tower and integrating into society, and have made certain achievements in undertaking social responsibility. On the other hand, there are still many problems in the practice of social responsibility, such as the lack of awareness of social responsibility in many local colleges and universities. Contact with all sectors of society is not enough, not in place. This paper adopts the methods of literature, comparative educational research, case study and theoretical thinking, from the perspective of higher education political theory, stakeholder theory, higher education axis theory, etc. Examine and discuss the relationship between local universities and regional social development in China. It also points out how local colleges and universities must establish new cooperative relations with regional social and economic development, local governments, enterprises and institutions, and brother colleges in the process of fulfilling their social responsibility. The local government has the responsibility to promote the development of local colleges and universities, which should become the local government think tank. In the new era, local colleges and universities are faced with new opportunities for development. Local colleges and universities are closely related to the development of local society, economy and culture.
