【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化步伐加快,高校學(xué)生管理模式也不短創(chuàng)新,在此背景之下,作為大學(xué)中基本學(xué)生組織形式,高校班級(jí)的管理模式也應(yīng)隨之變革和創(chuàng)新。隨著更多的班級(jí)中黨員人數(shù)的增加和黨支部(黨小組)的成立,傳統(tǒng)的班委會(huì)、團(tuán)支部班級(jí)管理模式被打破,黨支部(黨小組)、團(tuán)支部和班委會(huì)三位一體班級(jí)管理模式的構(gòu)建成為可能。這一班級(jí)管理模式的研究也成為了高校學(xué)生工作的一個(gè)全新課題。 黨支部(黨小組)、團(tuán)支部和班委會(huì)三位一體的班級(jí)管理模式,立足學(xué)生班級(jí)工作實(shí)際,以學(xué)生為本,堅(jiān)持科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,能夠充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的個(gè)性風(fēng)采,有利于各類特色班級(jí)活動(dòng)的開展,能夠起到促進(jìn)學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的作用。 本文對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的高校班級(jí)管理模式進(jìn)行了分析,針對(duì)目前高校班級(jí)的現(xiàn)狀和存在部分問題,提出了三位一體班級(jí)管理模式的構(gòu)建基礎(chǔ)、構(gòu)建原則,闡述了相關(guān)概念、組織建設(shè)模式和運(yùn)行機(jī)制等問題,研究探索了三位一體班級(jí)管理模式的預(yù)期目標(biāo)和任務(wù)建設(shè)。對(duì)于我國(guó)高校學(xué)生班級(jí)工作有一定的指導(dǎo)作用和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the society in the network era, the pace of economic globalization is quickening, and the management mode of college students is not short of innovation. Under this background, as the basic student organization form in the university, The management mode of university class should also be reformed and innovated. With the increase in the number of party members in more classes and the establishment of the Party branch (party small group), the traditional class committee and league branch class management model was broken. Party branch (party small group), League branch and class committee trinity class management model is possible. The study of this class management model has also become a new topic in the work of college students. The class management model of the Party branch (small group of the Party), the League branch and the class committee is based on the reality of student class work, student-oriented, adhere to the scientific concept of development, and can give full play to the personality of the students. It is beneficial to the development of class activities with various characteristics, and can play a role in promoting the healthy growth of students. This paper analyzes the traditional class management mode in colleges and universities, aiming at the present situation and some problems of the class management in colleges and universities, puts forward the construction foundation, construction principles and related concepts of the Trinity class management model. In this paper, the expected goal and task construction of the trinity class management model are studied. It has certain guiding function and practical significance for the class work of college students in our country.
