【摘要】：伴隨著社會大眾對高等教育的需求,獨立學(xué)院作為時代發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物和新型的高等教育辦學(xué)機制,從孕育至今十余年間得到了迅猛發(fā)展,是本科人才的重要培養(yǎng)與輸送基地。然而獨立學(xué)院發(fā)展歷程短、發(fā)展速度快且由于自身所限,注重培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型大學(xué)生、忽視學(xué)生的思想建設(shè)工作。充分了解獨立學(xué)院的學(xué)生特點及思想政治教育工作現(xiàn)狀、分析成因,不斷地借鑒和創(chuàng)新獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育工作的方法,以新的理論基點探尋有效對策、引導(dǎo)獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,促進“中國夢”的校園延伸。為中國屹立于世界的競爭浪潮中提供強而有力的人才支持,推進我國全面實施科教興國和人才強國戰(zhàn)略,堅定不移地朝著中國特色的社會主義道路前進,實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢。本文首先對獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育工作面臨的困境及原因進行闡述與分析;其次對獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育工作的理論基點和經(jīng)驗吸取進行論述,主要以杜威的實用主義、馬斯洛的需求層次理論、馬克思關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展理論及社會主義核心價值體系為理論基礎(chǔ),指導(dǎo)論文研究;最后提出如何提高獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育工作實效性的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:With the demand of the public for higher education, the independent college, as the product of the development of the times and the new mechanism of running higher education, has been developing rapidly for more than ten years from the gestation to now. It is an important base for the cultivation and transportation of undergraduate talents. However, the independent college has a short course of development, rapid development and due to its own limitations, it pays attention to the cultivation of applied college students, neglecting the ideological construction of students. Fully understand the characteristics of students in independent colleges and the current situation of ideological and political education, analyze the causes, constantly learn from and innovate the methods of ideological and political education in independent colleges, and explore effective countermeasures based on new theories. Guide independent college students to develop in an all-round way and promote the campus extension of Chinese Dream. To provide strong and powerful talent support to China in the wave of competition in the world, to promote the comprehensive implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and to strengthen the country with talent, and to unswervingly advance towards the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. Chinese Dream, who realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This paper first expounds and analyzes the predicament and causes of ideological and political education in independent colleges, and then discusses the theoretical basis and experience of ideological and political education in independent colleges, mainly based on Dewey's pragmatism. Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs, Marx's theory on the overall development of human beings and the socialist core value system are the theoretical basis to guide the research of this paper. Finally, the effective path of how to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in independent colleges is put forward.
