【摘要】：本文以師范生在教師教育課程中的學(xué)習(xí)成效為研究對象,對分布在不同地區(qū)的3類不同層次的18所師范院校的師范生,分別從管理者和學(xué)生兩個視角,采用分層抽樣的問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析。在師范院校大學(xué)化的過程中,師范生的綜合素質(zhì)和學(xué)術(shù)水平得以提高,但是不同類別師范院校師范生的課程學(xué)習(xí)成效出現(xiàn)了分層現(xiàn)象。由于大學(xué)任課教師缺乏對中小學(xué)校的了解或?qū)嵺`經(jīng)驗,因此,師范生的教學(xué)實踐能力沒有得到必要的強化。而這一因素是影響師范生課程學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量的重要因素�？傊�,提高師范生課程學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量,尚需在課程內(nèi)容中融入實踐知識的情境性和個體知識的理念,設(shè)置整合取向的教師教育課程,加強教師教育理論知識與實踐的整合。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the learning effect of teachers' students in teacher education courses. From the perspectives of managers and students, this paper focuses on the students of 18 normal colleges with different levels and three types of teachers in different regions. Stratified sampling questionnaire survey method, interview method for investigation and analysis. In the process of unifying normal colleges and universities, the comprehensive quality and academic level of normal college students have been improved, but there is a phenomenon of stratification in the course learning effect of normal college students in different types of normal colleges. Due to the lack of understanding or practical experience of primary and secondary schools, the teaching practice ability of normal students has not been strengthened. And this factor is the important factor that affects the study quality of normal school students. In short, in order to improve the quality of normal school students' curriculum, it is necessary to incorporate the situational knowledge of practical knowledge and the idea of individual knowledge into the curriculum content, set up the integrated orientation of teacher education curriculum, and strengthen the integration of theoretical knowledge and practice of teacher education.
