【摘要】：本文是在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀視域下，以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為理論依托，以大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)的四個(gè)內(nèi)容為主線(xiàn)，以河南省理工科院校的校園文化現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ)，分析理工科院校在院校文化建設(shè)中的現(xiàn)狀、特色，并找出其中的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。同時(shí)用實(shí)證研究法，，通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)河南省五所理工科院校在校園文化建設(shè)中的校園制度文化、精神文化以及其他校園文化方面的特色和經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分析、歸納和總結(jié)。通過(guò)對(duì)河南省五所理工科院校的校園文化調(diào)查和分析，得出目前河南省理工科院校校園文化的特色和現(xiàn)狀，并剖析影響理工科院校校園文化建設(shè)的理論根源。通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)題的解析，試圖找出其中的缺點(diǎn)和不足，以期發(fā)現(xiàn)一條適合河南本地理工科院校校園文化建設(shè)的可行之路，從而為完善國(guó)內(nèi)地方理工類(lèi)院校校園文化建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)。 通過(guò)問(wèn)卷、實(shí)地調(diào)查，對(duì)河南省五所理工科院校部分教職工及在校學(xué)生在校園文化建設(shè)上的認(rèn)識(shí)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析，對(duì)校園文化建設(shè)與院校長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展、校園文化建設(shè)認(rèn)可滿(mǎn)意度、不同群體對(duì)校園文化建設(shè)的態(tài)度等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析，試圖找出解決河南省理工科院校校園文化建設(shè)的科學(xué)路徑，主要有以下幾點(diǎn)：加強(qiáng)校園文化戰(zhàn)略長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃；建立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體決策制度；挖掘?qū)W校特色，打造校園文化品牌；構(gòu)建與豐富校園精神文化內(nèi)涵；注重校園文化的推廣傳播。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the view of scientific development, relying on the scientific development concept, taking the four contents of campus culture construction as the main line, and taking the present situation of campus culture of science and engineering colleges in Henan Province as the foundation. This paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of science and engineering colleges in the construction of university culture, and finds out the advantages and disadvantages. At the same time, by means of empirical research, this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and experiences of campus system culture, spiritual culture and other campus culture in five science and engineering colleges in Henan Province. Based on the investigation and analysis of campus culture in five colleges of science and engineering in Henan Province, the characteristics and present situation of campus culture of science and engineering colleges in Henan Province are obtained, and the theoretical roots affecting the construction of campus culture in science and engineering colleges are analyzed. Through the analysis of the problems, this paper tries to find out the shortcomings and shortcomings, in order to find a feasible way for the campus culture construction of Henan local science and engineering colleges. Thus provides the theoretical basis for perfecting the campus culture construction of the local science and technology colleges in China. Through questionnaire and field investigation, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the understanding of some faculty members and students in five science and engineering colleges in Henan Province on campus cultural construction, and gives satisfaction with the long-term development of campus culture construction and the long-term development of campus culture construction, as well as the recognition of campus culture construction. Through the investigation and analysis of different groups' attitude towards campus culture construction, this paper tries to find out the scientific way to solve the campus culture construction of science and engineering colleges in Henan Province. The main points are as follows: strengthening the long-term planning of campus culture strategy; To establish the collective decision-making system of leadership; to excavate the characteristics of the school, to create the brand of campus culture; to construct and enrich the connotation of campus spiritual culture; to pay attention to the promotion and dissemination of campus culture.
