大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任教育中的問題及對策研究

【摘要】:隨著當(dāng)代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和生存環(huán)境的改變,道德責(zé)任意識(shí)下滑的現(xiàn)象已逐漸受到全社會(huì)的普遍關(guān)注,開展道德責(zé)任教育已成為十分迫切的任務(wù)。大學(xué)生的道德責(zé)任意識(shí)以及責(zé)任感直接影響著社會(huì)前進(jìn)的方向及祖國未來的發(fā)展,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)任重而道遠(yuǎn)。因此作為培養(yǎng)高等知識(shí)分子的各類高校更應(yīng)把道德責(zé)任教育放在重要的位置。 公民在現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)中對自己的行為具有一定的自由選擇權(quán),因而必須承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的道德責(zé)任。道德責(zé)任就是人們對自己行為的善惡所應(yīng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)任,也就是指道德主體在一定的社會(huì)關(guān)系中所應(yīng)該選擇的道德行為和所承擔(dān)的道德義務(wù)。一個(gè)具有高尚道德的人一定是自覺踐行道德責(zé)任的人。文明社會(huì)發(fā)展至今,雖沒有明確的法律或條文對道德責(zé)任加以規(guī)范,但道德責(zé)任仍是約束人們行為的重要準(zhǔn)則。 道德責(zé)任意識(shí)即承擔(dān)意識(shí),是個(gè)體為自身的言行主動(dòng)承擔(dān)責(zé)任的自律意識(shí)。具有崇高道德價(jià)值的社會(huì)行為之所以被廣大民眾認(rèn)可,,正是由于這種行為是出于對國家、對社會(huì)、對集體負(fù)有的強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感。具有高度道德責(zé)任意識(shí)的大學(xué)生無疑是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展所需要的優(yōu)質(zhì)人才。然而,由于目前我國社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型所帶來的負(fù)面影響,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和生存環(huán)境的改變,人們的思維方式、意識(shí)觀念也受到了影響。家庭教育的弱化,高校道德教育體系不完善,加之青年學(xué)生世界觀,人生觀和價(jià)值觀尚未完整地建構(gòu)起來,所以大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任意識(shí)受到的沖擊可想而知,表現(xiàn)最為突出的就是道德責(zé)任意識(shí)的淡化甚至缺失。因此,探討如何增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任意識(shí)具有重要的實(shí)際意義和理論意義。 文章采用文獻(xiàn)資料、個(gè)別訪談等研究方法,以大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任意識(shí)淡化為研究對象,探究大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任缺失的社會(huì)背景,作為高校輔導(dǎo)員結(jié)合自身教育工作實(shí)踐,有針對性地總結(jié)出增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任意識(shí)的對策。 基于以上思路,本文包括以下三個(gè)部分: 第一部分:通過查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料,結(jié)合東西方文化差異,追溯道德責(zé)任的起源,從理論上界定了道德、責(zé)任、道德責(zé)任、大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任及大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任意識(shí)等相關(guān)概念及概念之間的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系;大學(xué)階段不僅是青年人一生中成長成才的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,也是大學(xué)生不斷社會(huì)化的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任教育也是社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期道德建設(shè)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。因此文章從加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任教育是現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)的迫切要求、是大學(xué)生成長和成才的重要支撐、同時(shí)也是高校道德教育的重要內(nèi)容三方面闡釋了道德責(zé)任教育的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 第二部分:從社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭等多角度入手,具體分析了在道德責(zé)任教育方面存在的問題:經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)型,多元化的價(jià)值觀,負(fù)面的社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí),一味注重成績而最終流于形式的高校道德教育課程都對大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任教育十分不利;家庭教育原本的育人功能被大打折扣;同時(shí)大學(xué)生自身缺乏自我負(fù)責(zé)的意識(shí),自律性較差等等問題日益顯現(xiàn)。針對以上問題深入探究,得出大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任缺失的因素主要有:社會(huì)整體道德建設(shè)出現(xiàn)下滑、高校忽視學(xué)生道德責(zé)任教育建設(shè)、家庭不重視道德責(zé)任教育、大學(xué)生缺乏正確的自我認(rèn)知。 第三部分:從社會(huì)環(huán)境、高校德育工作、家庭教育和自我教育等方面提出了增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任意識(shí)的對策。眾所周知,良好的社會(huì)環(huán)境對塑造大學(xué)生的人格有著不可低估的作用,營造良好的社會(huì)環(huán)境、弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)正氣,深化大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任社會(huì)實(shí)踐等對培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的道德責(zé)任意識(shí)都具有積極地推動(dòng)作用。加強(qiáng)高校道德責(zé)任教育、努力使大學(xué)生的價(jià)值取向符合社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的需要,注重大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任判斷與推理能力的培養(yǎng),創(chuàng)造良好的校園文化環(huán)境;家庭教育要加強(qiáng)對大學(xué)生成才過程中良好行為習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng),并將其貫徹始終。大學(xué)生自身也應(yīng)不斷加強(qiáng)自律感和心理調(diào)試能力。將這些措施形成教育合力,對提高大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任意識(shí)具有重要作用。
