高校思想政治教育過程中激勵理論的運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育工作歷來是我們黨統(tǒng)一思想,凝聚人心,化解矛盾,激勵人民奮發(fā)前進(jìn)的法寶。我國思想政治教育學(xué)科始建于1984年,經(jīng)過近30年的歷程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展,成績斐然。然而隨著社會不斷發(fā)展、時(shí)代進(jìn)步,高校思想政治教育工作面臨著許多新的挑戰(zhàn)。在新形勢下,如何改進(jìn)和提高思想政治教育工作水平,豐富思想政治教育教學(xué)理論,更好的發(fā)揮高校思想政治教育的導(dǎo)向作用,提升高校學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,是高校思想政治教育工作者亟待研究和解決的問題。 現(xiàn)代思想政治教育理念以弘揚(yáng)人的主觀能動性為核心要求,強(qiáng)調(diào)培養(yǎng)受教育者自發(fā)的、積極的內(nèi)心態(tài)度,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)“被動接受”到“主動獲取”的轉(zhuǎn)變。在這個(gè)過程中,激勵理論的運(yùn)用研究就顯得尤為重要。目前我國教育界已經(jīng)對激勵理論進(jìn)行了初步研究,取得了部分成果,但對激勵理論的認(rèn)識存在一定的誤區(qū),同時(shí)缺乏全面深入的研究。在高校思想政治教育中運(yùn)用激勵教育理論,并針對高校學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)和需求進(jìn)行激勵方式的設(shè)計(jì),具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文通過分析和借鑒古代中國、現(xiàn)代西方關(guān)于激勵理論的教育思想和理念在此基礎(chǔ)上,以獨(dú)特的視角對高校思想政治教育過程中激勵理論的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行深入研究,提出一些新的教育思路和方法。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education has always been our party's unity of thought, unity of the people, resolve contradictions, encourage the people to advance. The subject of ideological and political education in China was founded in 1984. However, with the development of the society and the progress of the times, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing many new challenges. In the new situation, how to improve and improve the work level of ideological and political education, enrich the teaching theory of ideological and political education, better play the guiding role of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, improve the quality of college students' training, It is an urgent problem for ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities to study and solve. The concept of modern ideological and political education regards carrying forward human's subjective initiative as the core requirement, emphasizes the cultivation of the educatee's spontaneous and positive inner attitude, so as to realize the transformation from "passive acceptance" to "active acquisition". In this process, the application of incentive theory is particularly important. At present, the education circles of our country have carried on the preliminary research to the incentive theory, obtained some achievements, but the cognition of the incentive theory has certain misunderstanding, and lacks the comprehensive thorough research at the same time. It is of great practical significance to apply the theory of incentive education to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to design the motivation mode according to the characteristics and needs of college students. On the basis of analyzing and drawing lessons from ancient China and modern western educational thoughts and ideas on incentive theory, this paper makes a deep research on the application of incentive theory in the process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from a unique angle of view. Some new educational ideas and methods are put forward.
