中國(guó)近代教會(huì)大學(xué)參與鄉(xiāng)村教育研究

【摘要】:在中國(guó)近代教育史上,教會(huì)大學(xué)作為中國(guó)近代高等教育的濫觴,它對(duì)中國(guó)近代高等教育乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)的發(fā)展都產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。然而,教會(huì)大學(xué)的發(fā)展卻經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)曲折的過(guò)程。特別是在民國(guó)成立以來(lái),帶有濃厚宗教色彩的教會(huì)大學(xué)受到了諸多內(nèi)外因素的影響,自身發(fā)展面臨著巨大的困境。為了走出發(fā)展的羈絆,近代教會(huì)大學(xué)不斷實(shí)行“本土化”、“中國(guó)化”。在諸多路徑中,教會(huì)大學(xué)參與鄉(xiāng)村教育是其重要的措施之一。無(wú)論是在校內(nèi)還是在校外,教會(huì)大學(xué)本著“服務(wù)中華”的原則,廣泛地開(kāi)展鄉(xiāng)村教育。通過(guò)努力,教會(huì)大學(xué)不僅獲得了民眾的同情和認(rèn)可,也在一定程度上促進(jìn)了自身的發(fā)展。因此,本文擬對(duì)近代教會(huì)大學(xué)參與鄉(xiāng)村教育的歷史做一些初步性的探究,以期對(duì)當(dāng)前的農(nóng)村教育以及高等教育的發(fā)展提供一些參考。 基于以上的分析,本文的第一部分從內(nèi)因和外因兩個(gè)方面探討了教會(huì)大學(xué)參與鄉(xiāng)村教育的原因。教會(huì)大學(xué)參與鄉(xiāng)村教育不僅有內(nèi)在的原因,也有外在因素的束縛,教會(huì)大學(xué)參與鄉(xiāng)村教育是內(nèi)外因素共同作用的結(jié)果。 第二部分較為詳細(xì)地回顧了教會(huì)大學(xué)在校內(nèi)的鄉(xiāng)村教育。具體來(lái)講,這一部分分別從鄉(xiāng)村教育的課程設(shè)置、教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、學(xué)術(shù)研究、系科創(chuàng)設(shè)、加強(qiáng)與其他團(tuán)體或機(jī)構(gòu)合作這五個(gè)方面來(lái)加以論述,完整地呈現(xiàn)了當(dāng)時(shí)教會(huì)大學(xué)在校內(nèi)開(kāi)展鄉(xiāng)村教育的概況。 第三部分是在第二部分的基礎(chǔ)上,具體地論述了教會(huì)大學(xué)在校外所開(kāi)展的鄉(xiāng)村教育。教會(huì)大學(xué)在校外主要通過(guò)設(shè)置試驗(yàn)區(qū)、創(chuàng)辦各種學(xué)校、成立服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)和團(tuán)體等措施來(lái)開(kāi)展鄉(xiāng)村教育,這是本部分論述的重點(diǎn)。 第四部分則分析了教會(huì)大學(xué)參與鄉(xiāng)村教育的歷史特點(diǎn),教會(huì)大學(xué)所開(kāi)展的鄉(xiāng)村教育既有著其他團(tuán)體或機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)展鄉(xiāng)村教育所共有的特點(diǎn),也有著自身特殊性。因此,有必要就教會(huì)大學(xué)參與鄉(xiāng)村教育的特點(diǎn)作進(jìn)一步分析。 第五部分是筆者所作出的一些思考,教會(huì)大學(xué)在開(kāi)展鄉(xiāng)村教育鄉(xiāng)村教育的過(guò)程中以教育為依托,以試驗(yàn)區(qū)為起點(diǎn),步步遞進(jìn),全方位開(kāi)展鄉(xiāng)村教育。最為重要的是教會(huì)大學(xué)特別注重婦女和兒童教育,在當(dāng)時(shí)具有極大的進(jìn)步意義。誠(chéng)然教會(huì)大學(xué)開(kāi)展鄉(xiāng)村教育也帶有濃厚的宗教色彩,這是其本身落后與保守的一面。 最后,是本文的結(jié)語(yǔ)部分.
[Abstract]:In the history of Chinese modern education, church universities, as the origin of Chinese modern higher education, have a profound influence on the development of Chinese modern higher education and even the whole society. However, the development of church universities has experienced a tortuous process. Especially since the founding of the Republic of China, the church universities with strong religious color have been influenced by many internal and external factors, and their own development is facing great difficulties. In order to get rid of the fetters of development, the modern church universities carried out "localization" and "Sinicization". In many ways, the participation of church universities in rural education is one of its important measures. Both in and out of school, the church university, in line with the principle of "serving China", widely carry out rural education. Through hard work, the church university not only gained sympathy and recognition from the people, but also promoted its own development to a certain extent. Therefore, this paper intends to do some preliminary research on the history of modern church universities' participation in rural education, in order to provide some references for the current rural education and the development of higher education. Based on the above analysis, the first part of this paper discusses the causes of the participation of church universities in rural education from the internal and external causes. The participation of church universities in rural education has not only internal reasons but also external factors. The participation of church universities in rural education is the result of both internal and external factors. The second part reviews the rural education of church universities in detail. Specifically, this part is discussed from the following five aspects: curriculum setting of rural education, teacher team building, academic research, establishment of departments and strengthening cooperation with other organizations or institutions. At that time, the church university carried out rural education at that time. On the basis of the second part, the third part discusses the rural education carried out by the church university. The ecclesiastical universities mainly develop rural education by setting up experimental areas, setting up various schools, setting up service organizations and groups, which is the key point of this part. The fourth part analyzes the historical characteristics of the participation of the church university in rural education. The rural education carried out by the church university has the common characteristics of other organizations or institutions to carry out rural education, but also has its own particularity. Therefore, it is necessary to further analyze the characteristics of the participation of church universities in rural education. The fifth part is some thoughts made by the author. In the process of carrying out rural education, the church universities take education as the basis, take the experimental area as the starting point, step by step, and carry out all-round rural education. Most important of all, church universities paid special attention to women's and children's education, which made great progress at that time. It is true that the rural education carried out by the church universities also has a strong religious color, which is its own backward and conservative side. Finally, the conclusion of this paper.
