大學(xué)生信息能力現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】：信息時(shí)代，以網(wǎng)絡(luò)、多媒體為核心的信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)全面滲透到教育行業(yè)中，打破了傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方式。學(xué)生獲取信息的渠道越來(lái)越多，尤其是大學(xué)生，其學(xué)習(xí)方式發(fā)生了巨大的變革。在這個(gè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的時(shí)代，誰(shuí)能夠搶先占有信息并且充分地利用好信息，誰(shuí)就能夠占據(jù)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)。大學(xué)生是國(guó)家強(qiáng)勢(shì)發(fā)展的后備力量，其信息能力水平的高低對(duì)國(guó)家未來(lái)的發(fā)展影響甚大。因此，對(duì)大學(xué)生信息能力進(jìn)行研究，是當(dāng)前教育研究應(yīng)該足夠重視的課題。 本研究采用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷法對(duì)大學(xué)生的信息能力進(jìn)行了深入的研究。 首先，本研究分析了信息能力與信息素養(yǎng)的關(guān)系。從信息素養(yǎng)被引入國(guó)內(nèi)后，多位學(xué)者對(duì)其定義、內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了深入的研究，并提出了自己的觀點(diǎn)，縱觀這些學(xué)者的研究，不難發(fā)現(xiàn)信息素養(yǎng)包含了信息意識(shí)、信息知識(shí)、信息能力和信息道德四個(gè)層面，而本文所研究的信息能力正是信息素養(yǎng)的一個(gè)層面，也是其核心內(nèi)容。其次，本研究對(duì)比分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)大學(xué)生信息素養(yǎng)的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以此來(lái)尋求信息能力的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；很多學(xué)者對(duì)信息能力的構(gòu)成提出了看法，本研究在仔細(xì)分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外信息素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后，認(rèn)為大學(xué)生的信息能力應(yīng)該包括信息獲取能力、信息加工能力（包括信息的評(píng)價(jià)和重構(gòu)）、信息應(yīng)用能力（包括信息的管理和交流）。 信息能力作為信息素養(yǎng)的一個(gè)層面，沒(méi)有獨(dú)立的、統(tǒng)一的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為了深入了解當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的信息能力現(xiàn)狀，筆者分析了美國(guó)ACRL評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)內(nèi)的《北京地區(qū)高校信息素質(zhì)能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系》，認(rèn)為大學(xué)生信息能力的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)該具備三個(gè)維度：信息獲取能力、信息加工能力和信息應(yīng)用能力。因此，問(wèn)卷的題目主要從這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行設(shè)置，了解當(dāng)代大學(xué)生信息能力存在的具體問(wèn)題。此外，高校計(jì)算機(jī)課程是大學(xué)生獲取信息知識(shí)的重要來(lái)源，對(duì)信息能力水平的高低有巨大的影響，因此，問(wèn)卷在最后設(shè)置了對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)課程的評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題，以及大學(xué)生對(duì)信息能力的自我期許問(wèn)題。問(wèn)卷共計(jì)發(fā)放180份，涵蓋了大一至大四的文科生和理科生，并用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行分析。 調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示，大學(xué)生的信息獲取能力較差，多數(shù)不懂得運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的高級(jí)檢索，以致于面對(duì)浩瀚的信息感到迷茫；大學(xué)生的信息加工能力水平不高，多數(shù)人對(duì)信息的評(píng)價(jià)只依靠自己的判斷而不與他人進(jìn)行交流，且大多數(shù)人對(duì)信息采用“拿來(lái)主義”，不能進(jìn)行重構(gòu)；在信息應(yīng)用方面，大多數(shù)學(xué)生只能用最簡(jiǎn)單的文字進(jìn)行信息交流，而對(duì)于其他表現(xiàn)力更強(qiáng)的軟件的使用存在巨大的問(wèn)題，并且只有少數(shù)的大學(xué)生會(huì)對(duì)信息進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分類管理。同時(shí)，許多大學(xué)生表示目前計(jì)算機(jī)課程所教授的內(nèi)容陳舊，，不感興趣。 針對(duì)大學(xué)生信息能力存在的問(wèn)題，并提出提出了一定的提升建議，并對(duì)未來(lái)進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:In the information age, the information technology, which takes the network and multimedia as the core, has penetrated into the education profession, breaking the traditional teaching method. There are more and more channels for students to obtain information, especially for college students. In this competitive era, who can preempt and make full use of information, who can occupy the development advantage. College students are the reserve force of the strong development of the country, and the level of their information ability has a great influence on the future development of the country. Therefore, the research on the information ability of college students should be paid enough attention to at present. In this study, literature, interview and questionnaire were used to study the information ability of college students. Firstly, the relationship between information ability and information literacy is analyzed. After the introduction of information literacy into China, many scholars have deeply studied its definition and connotation, and put forward their own views. Looking at the research of these scholars, it is not difficult to find that information literacy contains information consciousness, information knowledge, and so on. Information ability and information morality are four levels, and the information ability studied in this paper is just one level of information literacy and its core content. Secondly, this study compares and analyzes the evaluation standards of college students' information literacy at home and abroad in order to seek the evaluation standard of information ability. Many scholars have put forward their views on the composition of information ability. After carefully analyzing the evaluation standards of information literacy at home and abroad, this study holds that the information ability of college students should include the ability to obtain information. Information processing capability (including information evaluation and reconstruction), information application capability (including information management and exchange). Information ability as a level of information literacy, there is no independent, unified evaluation standard, in order to understand the current situation of information ability of contemporary college students, The author analyzes the American ACRL evaluation standard and the evaluation index system of university information literacy ability in Beijing area in China. The author thinks that the evaluation standard of college students' information ability should have three dimensions: the ability of obtaining information. Ability of information processing and information application. Therefore, the title of the questionnaire mainly from these three aspects to set up to understand the specific problems of contemporary college students' information ability. In addition, computer course is an important source for college students to acquire information knowledge, which has a great influence on the level of information ability. A total of 180 questionnaires were sent out, covering the arts and science students from freshmen to seniors, and analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. The results show that the college students' ability to obtain information is poor, most of them do not know how to use the advanced retrieval in the database, so they feel confused in the face of the vast amount of information, and the level of information processing ability of college students is not high. Most people judge information only by their own judgment and do not communicate with others, and most people adopt "holism" to information, which cannot be reconstructed; in the application of information, Most students can only communicate with the simplest words, but there are huge problems in the use of other more expressive software, and only a few students will manage the information in detail. At the same time, many college students say that the contents of the current computer courses are old and uninteresting. Aiming at the problems of college students' information ability, this paper puts forward some suggestions and prospects for the future.
