【摘要】：以提升學(xué)生的就業(yè)競爭力和綜合能力為重點(diǎn)，最大限度地集成學(xué)校和社會優(yōu)勢資源，實(shí)現(xiàn)課堂理論教學(xué)與生產(chǎn)、科研實(shí)踐的有機(jī)結(jié)合，即為產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育。不難發(fā)現(xiàn)，該人才培養(yǎng)的模式不僅符合社會生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展需求，使高校與社會、企業(yè)間的軟硬件資源彼此實(shí)現(xiàn)了聚合、協(xié)調(diào)、凝練、升華與互補(bǔ)，同時(shí)也拓寬了高等教育的評價(jià)渠道、培養(yǎng)平臺和教學(xué)載體，促進(jìn)高校教育模式、機(jī)制和體制的創(chuàng)新。 大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作作為人才培養(yǎng)過程中不可或缺的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，在人才培養(yǎng)中具有重要地位和無可替代的作用。產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育給大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作既帶來了機(jī)遇，同時(shí)也帶來了挑戰(zhàn)，高校思想政治工作也面臨新的變革和創(chuàng)新。 本文（緒論中），通過對產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育的基本內(nèi)涵、常見模式以及國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的比較分析，進(jìn)一步對如下四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。首先，闡述了大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作在人才培養(yǎng)過程中的重要地位和作用，大學(xué)生思想政治教育是人才培養(yǎng)過程中的靈魂和生命線，對人才培養(yǎng)具有導(dǎo)向作用；其次，主要從產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育給大學(xué)生思想政治教育帶來的機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)以及產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育內(nèi)在功能對大學(xué)生思想政治教育的作用這三個(gè)角度，分析了產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育對于大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的變革訴求；第三，主要分析和論述了產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育過程中大學(xué)生思想政治教育存在的問題主要有思想理念落后、教育體制不完善、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)存在問題、教育內(nèi)容體系不成熟等，并分析其根本原因在于，大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作還沒有有效跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育的步伐，與產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育尚存在“脫節(jié)”現(xiàn)象，，沒有貫穿到產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)當(dāng)中去，影響了高校思想政治教育工作的實(shí)效性；第四，通過對上述問題的分析研究，從馬克思主義、中國特色社會主義理論體系以及可續(xù)發(fā)展觀的理論角度出發(fā)，結(jié)合產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育各環(huán)節(jié)，立足于我國現(xiàn)實(shí)國情，探析了創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的路徑和對策，并提出了基于“六個(gè)結(jié)合”的大學(xué)生思想政治教育創(chuàng)新模式。 總之，大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作必須與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，與產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育有機(jī)地融合，將大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作貫穿到產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)當(dāng)中去，創(chuàng)新工作方式方法，才能增強(qiáng)高校思想政治工作的實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the students' employment competitiveness and comprehensive ability, to integrate the resources of school and society to the maximum extent, to realize the organic combination of classroom theory teaching and production, scientific research practice, that is, the cooperative education of production, learning and research. It is not difficult to find that the mode of talent training not only meets the needs of the development of social productive forces, but also makes the software and hardware resources between colleges and universities, society and enterprises converge, coordinate, condensate, sublimate and complement each other. At the same time, it also broadens the evaluation channel, training platform and teaching carrier of higher education, and promotes the innovation of educational model, mechanism and system in colleges and universities. The ideological and political education of college students, as an indispensable link in the process of talent training, plays an important and irreplaceable role in the cultivation of talents. The cooperative education of production, college and research has brought both opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education of college students. The ideological and political work in colleges and universities is also facing new changes and innovations. This article (introduction), through the basic connotation, the common pattern and the domestic and foreign correlation research comparative analysis, further carries on the research to the following four aspects. First of all, it expounds the important position and function of ideological and political education of college students in the process of talent training. Ideological and political education of college students is the soul and lifeline in the process of cultivating talents, which has the guiding effect on the cultivation of talents. Mainly from three angles: the opportunity, the challenge and the function of the cooperative education of production, college and research to the ideological and political education of college students. This paper analyzes on the demands for the reform of the ideological and political education of college students in the cooperative education of industry, college and research. Thirdly, it mainly analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students in the process of the cooperative education of production, education and research. The education system is not perfect, the construction of the team exists problems, the system of education content is not mature, and the fundamental reason is that the ideological and political education of college students has not followed the pace of the cooperation education of production, college and research effectively. The phenomenon of "disconnection" still exists in the cooperative education with industry, college and research, which has not penetrated into every link of the cooperative education, which has affected the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Fourthly, through the analysis and study of the above problems, From the angle of Marxism, the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the concept of sustainable development, and in combination with the various links of industry-university-research cooperative education, we should base ourselves on the actual situation of our country. This paper probes into the ways and countermeasures of innovating the work of ideological and political education of college students, and puts forward the innovative mode of ideological and political education of college students based on "six combinations". In a word, the ideological and political education of college students must keep pace with the times, merge organically with the cooperative education of production, college and research, and run the ideological and political education of college students through every link in the cooperative education of production, education and research, and innovate the working methods and methods.
