【摘要】：情緒智力是人們對自己或他人情緒的認(rèn)知和應(yīng)對能力,包括：對自己和他人情緒的感知能力；對自己情緒的表達(dá)能力；整合情緒的能力,即對情緒的理解和對情緒的控制能力;管理情緒的能力,即自我激勵、抗壓的能力等。 本文以情緒智力與思想政治教育的關(guān)系為切入點,對思想政治教育與情緒智力理論結(jié)合的必要性、可行性和現(xiàn)實意義進(jìn)行理論探討。試圖在理論上拓展思想政治教育的方法,以在實踐中增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的實效性。在充分掌握相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,對之分析、歸納和整合,做到對問題的深入研究。本文的寫作大致是：文獻(xiàn)綜述—理論分析—實踐路徑,具體如下 第一部分主要是為本研究問題的提出做背景介紹,對國內(nèi)外情緒智力的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行收集整理并綜述。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出本研究的現(xiàn)實意義。 第二部分包括兩方面的內(nèi)容,首先是情緒智力理論的核心觀點說明,其次是情緒智力理論與高校思想政治教育結(jié)合的必要性、可行性和積極意義的理論闡述。筆者試圖綜合運用思想政治教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、情緒心理學(xué)以及管理學(xué)的有關(guān)知識.實現(xiàn)本研究的理論創(chuàng)新。 第三部分筆者將提出在大學(xué)生思想政治教育實際中,嘗試依托思想政治教育的三個基本方法：理論灌輸法、自我教育法和實踐鍛煉法,對大學(xué)生分別從學(xué)校教育、自我教育、實踐教育三個方面進(jìn)行情緒智力教育。
[Abstract]:Emotional intelligence is the cognitive and coping ability of people to themselves or others' emotions, including the ability to perceive themselves and others' emotions, the ability to express their own emotions, the ability to integrate emotions, that is, the ability to understand and control emotions. Ability to manage emotions, namely self-motivation, anti-stress, etc. Based on the relationship between emotional intelligence and ideological and political education, this paper discusses the necessity, feasibility and practical significance of the combination of ideological and political education and emotional intelligence theory. This paper attempts to expand the methods of ideological and political education in theory in order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in practice. On the basis of fully mastering the relevant literature, the author analyzes, induces and integrates it, and makes a thorough study of the problem. The writing of this paper is roughly: literature review-theoretical analysis-practice path, as follows: the first part is a background introduction to the question of this research. To collect and summarize the related research literature of emotional intelligence at home and abroad. On this basis, the paper puts forward the practical significance of this study. The second part includes two aspects: firstly, the core viewpoint of emotional intelligence theory, and secondly, the necessity, feasibility and positive significance of the combination of emotional intelligence theory and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The author tries to apply the knowledge of ideological and political education, psychology, emotional psychology and management. To realize the theoretical innovation of this study. In the third part, the author puts forward three basic methods of ideological and political education: theoretical indoctrination, self-education and practical exercise. Three aspects of practical education for emotional intelligence education.
