【摘要】：大學(xué)生思想政治教育立體化育人研究是近年來理論界針對大學(xué)生思想政治教育存在單一的、平面的、封閉的傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式而提出的一種新的思想政治教育模式。針對高等藝術(shù)院校來說,它使大學(xué)生思想政治教育更加貼近實(shí)際、貼近專業(yè)、貼近學(xué)生、貼近生活；在思想政治教育立體化育人的過程中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生面向社會(huì)、關(guān)注本體的思想觀念,為培養(yǎng)德藝雙馨又社會(huì)適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)的藝術(shù)人才,從理論和實(shí)踐上為進(jìn)一步提高藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實(shí)效性進(jìn)行了有益的探索。本論文引用三維空間“立體”的概念提出立體育人的理念,并將高等藝術(shù)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育立體育人定義為：依據(jù)高等藝術(shù)院校學(xué)生特性及專業(yè)特點(diǎn),由高等藝術(shù)院校主導(dǎo),在教育者和受教育者共同參與下,使思想政治教育的內(nèi)容具化成一個(gè)立體形象,并調(diào)動(dòng)一切具有教育功能的教育資源和因素形成立體化教育網(wǎng)絡(luò),在教學(xué)方式,以課堂教學(xué)為主體結(jié)構(gòu),以實(shí)踐教學(xué)、互動(dòng)教學(xué)、體驗(yàn)教學(xué)、校園文化活動(dòng)等為各分體結(jié)構(gòu),在“全員育人、實(shí)踐育人、創(chuàng)新育人”的實(shí)踐中構(gòu)建一個(gè)全方位、多層次的立體化育人機(jī)制和考評體系。它既是一種思想政治教育資源的整合,也是思想政治教育平臺拓展,更是思想政治教育領(lǐng)域的一種延伸,其根本目的是進(jìn)一步提高藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效性。高等藝術(shù)院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育不僅是高校思想政治教育的重要組成部分,更是培育和引導(dǎo)藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀,促進(jìn)其個(gè)性全面發(fā)展,培育其具有創(chuàng)新精神、實(shí)踐能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)“德藝雙馨”育人目標(biāo)的重要路徑。本文正是基于這樣的思考,高度重視理論研究對實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)作用,堅(jiān)持做到理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合,并且努力注意理論在實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用。為了切實(shí)構(gòu)建能指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐的理論體系,論文在藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生思想政治教育立體化應(yīng)用途徑方面進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)詮釋,提出了從藝術(shù)類學(xué)生特性、理論依據(jù)、實(shí)踐途徑三個(gè)維度構(gòu)建的立體化教育網(wǎng)絡(luò),試圖能科學(xué)地指導(dǎo)藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生思想政治教育立體化的實(shí)踐,探索出一條可行的實(shí)踐路徑。在這些理念的指導(dǎo)下,本文從“以生為本”的要素視角提出了教育資源立體化、教育目的立體化、教育實(shí)踐立體化的理論,在對藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生思想政治教育立體化實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑的探索中,選擇了一條符合藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生特性和專業(yè)特點(diǎn)的研究理路。在理論研究的同時(shí),重點(diǎn)對實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑的進(jìn)行了深入探索,提出要建立的以藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生專業(yè)特色為基礎(chǔ)的‘立體化’思想政治教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng),并在實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的中要堅(jiān)決摒棄傳統(tǒng)上那種重形式而輕內(nèi)容、重結(jié)果而輕過程、重階段性而輕長期性的弊端,確立注重實(shí)踐與學(xué)生本體的相結(jié)合、與專業(yè)發(fā)展的相結(jié)合、與課堂教學(xué)的相結(jié)合的“三結(jié)合”嶄新理念。這些活動(dòng)的構(gòu)建為進(jìn)一步做好大學(xué)生思想政治教育立體育人提供了有益的范例。
[Abstract]:The study of three-dimensional education of College Students'ideological and political education is a new ideological and political education mode proposed by the theoretical circles in recent years aiming at the single, flat and closed traditional teaching mode of College Students' ideological and political education. In the process of three-dimensional education of Ideological and political education, we should cultivate students'ideological and political education to face the society and pay attention to the ontological concept, and make a beneficial exploration in theory and practice to further improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of art college students in order to cultivate artistic talents with both virtue and art and strong social adaptability. This paper quotes the concept of three-dimensional space to put forward the concept of three-dimensional education, and defines the three-dimensional education of Ideological and political education in art colleges and universities as: according to the characteristics of students and professional characteristics of art colleges and universities, led by art colleges and universities, with the participation of educators and educatees, ideological and political education. The content is embodied in a three-dimensional image, and all educational resources and factors with educational functions are mobilized to form a three-dimensional educational network. In the teaching mode, classroom teaching is the main structure, practical teaching, interactive teaching, experiential teaching, campus cultural activities, etc. are divided into different structures. In the "all-round education, practical education, innovative education" It is not only the integration of Ideological and political education resources, but also the expansion of Ideological and political education platform. It is also an extension of the field of Ideological and political education. Its fundamental purpose is to further improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of Art College students. The ideological and political education of art college students is not only an important part of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, but also an important part of cultivating and guiding art college students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, promote their all-round development of personality, cultivate their innovative spirit and practical ability, and realize the goal of educating people with both virtue and art This paper is based on such thinking, attaching great importance to the guiding role of theoretical research on practice, insisting on the combination of theory and practice, and striving to pay attention to the application of theory in practice. This paper puts forward the three-dimensional educational network constructed from the three dimensions of art students'characteristics, theoretical basis and practical approach, tries to scientifically guide the practice of three-dimensional ideological and political education of art students, and explores a feasible practical path. The theory of three-dimensional educational resources, three-dimensional educational aims and three-dimensional educational practice is put forward from the plain perspective. In the exploration of the way to realize the three-dimensional ideological and political education for art college students, a research approach that conforms to the characteristics of art college students and professional characteristics is selected. At the same time of theoretical research, the emphasis is put on the progress of the way to realize the three-dimensional ideological and political education. This paper makes an in-depth exploration and puts forward the "three-dimensional" practice of Ideological and political education based on the professional characteristics of Art College students. In the practice, we should firmly abandon the traditional drawbacks of emphasizing form but neglecting content, results but neglecting process, stages but neglecting long-term, and establish a practice-oriented and student-oriented practice. The construction of these activities provides a useful example for the further three-dimensional education of College Students'ideological and political education.
