【摘要】：教學(xué)質(zhì)量觀是不同利益相關(guān)者對(duì)教學(xué)的整體認(rèn)知。它影響教學(xué)功能的發(fā)揮，決定著人們運(yùn)用不同的方式和手段實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的追求。高等學(xué)校學(xué)生群體是高校教學(xué)活動(dòng)的主要參與者和承擔(dān)者，學(xué)生的教學(xué)質(zhì)量觀以及對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量影響因子的認(rèn)知情況對(duì)高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量有直接的影響。本研究以海南省四所高校的學(xué)生為對(duì)象進(jìn)行調(diào)查，以了解當(dāng)前海南省高校學(xué)生教學(xué)質(zhì)量觀現(xiàn)狀以及他們對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量影響因子的認(rèn)知情況。本項(xiàng)研究結(jié)論如下： 1.在高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量影響因子方面，海南省四所高校學(xué)生認(rèn)為教師質(zhì)量是影響高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素。海南省四所高校學(xué)生對(duì)海南省高校的辦學(xué)理念、學(xué)校資源、教師質(zhì)量、學(xué)校管理、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度五個(gè)方面滿意度一般。 2.海南省高校不同性別以及不同年級(jí)、不同學(xué)科、不同學(xué)校的學(xué)生對(duì)高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量影響因子的重要性判斷及滿意度認(rèn)知上差異較明顯。不同畢業(yè)意向?qū)W生對(duì)高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量影響因子的重要性判斷及滿意度認(rèn)知上差異不明顯。 3.海南省四所高校學(xué)生認(rèn)為改善高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量首先需要改變教學(xué)質(zhì)量觀。 4.海南省高校學(xué)生更加認(rèn)同內(nèi)適型教學(xué)質(zhì)量觀，他們普遍認(rèn)為學(xué)校在人才培養(yǎng)上要注重學(xué)術(shù)性。 5.海南省四所高校不同年級(jí)、不同學(xué)科以及不同學(xué)校學(xué)生對(duì)前提型教學(xué)質(zhì)量觀、外適型教學(xué)質(zhì)量觀的認(rèn)知方面差異較明顯，，其他方面差異不明顯。
[Abstract]:The view of teaching quality is the whole cognition of different stakeholders to teaching. It affects the exertion of teaching function and determines that people use different ways and means to achieve the pursuit of teaching quality. College students are the main participants and carriers of teaching activities in colleges and universities. Students' views on teaching quality and the cognition of factors affecting teaching quality have a direct impact on the quality of teaching in colleges and universities. In order to understand the current situation of teaching quality of students in Hainan Province and their cognition of the factors affecting teaching quality, this study investigated the students of four colleges and universities in Hainan Province. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. In terms of influencing factors of teaching quality in colleges and universities, the students of four colleges and universities in Hainan Province think that the quality of teachers is the key factor affecting the quality of teaching in colleges and universities. The students' satisfaction with the idea of running a school, the resources of the university, the quality of the teacher, the management of the school and the attitude of the students in Hainan province are generally 2. 2. There are significant differences in the importance judgment and satisfaction of students of different gender, different grades, different subjects and different schools to the influencing factors of teaching quality in colleges and universities in Hainan Province. There is no significant difference in the importance judgment and satisfaction of different graduation intention students to the influencing factors of teaching quality in colleges and universities. 3. The students of four colleges and universities in Hainan province believe that to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities, we should first change the concept of teaching quality. 4. College students in Hainan Province more agree with the concept of internal teaching quality, they generally think that the school should pay attention to academic personnel training. 5. There are significant differences in cognitive and other aspects between students of different grades, subjects and schools in four colleges and universities in Hainan Province.
