【摘要】：當(dāng)人類社會翻開21世紀(jì)的篇章，伴隨創(chuàng)新能力成為國家的核心競爭力地位的提升，“創(chuàng)新”和“人才培養(yǎng)”也以前所未有的方式如此緊密地結(jié)合在一起，“創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)”成為各國關(guān)注的焦點。黨的十六屆五中全會決議指出，使用15年的時間來把中國建設(shè)成為一個創(chuàng)新型的國家，從而推動科學(xué)技術(shù)的跨越式發(fā)展，帶動生產(chǎn)方式和生活模式的轉(zhuǎn)型，從而提升自主創(chuàng)新能力在整個現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)過程中的作用，為全面建設(shè)小康社會提供強有力的支持。要建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家，，培養(yǎng)大批拔尖創(chuàng)新人才就成為一項重要舉措，而創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)又離不開高校這一重要的基地。高校思想政治教育作為高等教育的重要組成部分，與創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)有著非常密切的聯(lián)系。本文通過對當(dāng)前我國創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中高校思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀進行分析研究，結(jié)合創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的有關(guān)內(nèi)容對兩者進行探討。著眼于在創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中對大學(xué)生進行思想道德觀念、道德規(guī)范的影響。并對我國高校的思想政治教育的內(nèi)容、方法和教育理念進行改革創(chuàng)新，讓高校思想政治教育實踐在新形勢下有一些可操作的方法。希望高校能在創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中從學(xué)生的思想實際出發(fā)，把思想政治教育工作做到實處。
[Abstract]:As human society turns to the 21st century, with the promotion of innovation ability as the core competitiveness of the country, "innovation" and "personnel training" are so closely integrated in an unprecedented way, "innovative personnel training" has become the focus of attention of all countries. Time to build China into an innovative country, thus promoting the leap-forward development of science and technology, driving the transformation of mode of production and mode of life, thus enhancing the role of independent innovation in the whole process of modernization, and providing strong support for building a well-off society in an all-round way. Cultivating a large number of top-notch innovative talents has become an important measure, and the cultivation of innovative talents can not be separated from the important base of colleges and universities.As an important part of higher education, ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is closely related to the cultivation of innovative talents. This paper analyzes and studies the present situation of education and discusses the two aspects in the light of the relevant contents of the cultivation of innovative talents, focusing on the influence of Ideological and moral concepts and norms on college students in the cultivation of innovative talents, and reforming and innovating the contents, methods and educational concepts of Ideological and political education in China's colleges and universities so as to make the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities possible. Practice in the new situation, there are some operable methods. I hope that colleges and universities in the cultivation of innovative talents from the ideological reality of students, the ideological and political education work to achieve real.
