【摘要】：校友文化是世界一流大學(xué)創(chuàng)生與發(fā)展的重要"助力器",世界一流大學(xué)也必有深具特色的校友文化,如密歇根大學(xué)重在聯(lián)系創(chuàng)生的校友文化,哈佛大學(xué)重在全程分享的校友文化,普林斯頓大學(xué)重在班級(jí)基礎(chǔ)的校友文化。洞察這些美國一流大學(xué)在校友文化建設(shè)方面的策略和做法,可為我國大學(xué)校友文化的培育實(shí)踐提供鏡鑒。
[Abstract]:Alumni culture is an important "booster" for the creation and development of world-class universities. The world-class universities must also have a profound and distinctive alumni culture, such as the University of Michigan, which focuses on the alumni culture of the students created, and Harvard University, which places emphasis on the sharing of the alumni culture throughout the process. Princeton University focuses on the alumni culture on a class basis. An insight into the strategies and practices in the construction of alumni culture of these top American universities can provide a mirror for the cultivation of alumni culture in our country.
