美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué)教師管理研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)教師水平代表了學(xué)校的學(xué)術(shù)水平和科研水平,是教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,教師的管理自然是大學(xué)管理的重要組成部分。 我國(guó)高等教育自改革開(kāi)放三十年以來(lái)發(fā)生了天翻地覆的變化,取得了巨大的進(jìn)步。特別是進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來(lái),我國(guó)開(kāi)始了高等教育大眾化的進(jìn)程,極力倡導(dǎo)要建設(shè)世界一流學(xué)科、創(chuàng)辦世界一流大學(xué)。但是,我國(guó)大學(xué)在建設(shè)世界一流大學(xué)的路上還只是剛剛起步,與世界一流大學(xué)還有一定的距離。目前,我國(guó)大學(xué)在教師聘用、教師管理、師資建設(shè)等問(wèn)題上還存在著許多的不足和缺陷。 本文第一部分主要對(duì)美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué)的教師管理制度進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹;第二部分分大學(xué)董事會(huì)、大學(xué)行政管理機(jī)構(gòu)和大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)管理機(jī)構(gòu)三個(gè)部分對(duì)斯坦福大學(xué)的教師管理職能做出了詳細(xì)的描述;第三部分將教師管理分解為聘用管理、評(píng)價(jià)管理、晉升管理、休假管理、薪酬管理、學(xué)術(shù)管理等,并分別總結(jié)了不同管理部分的基本內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn);最后一章總結(jié)了斯坦福大學(xué)教師管理對(duì)我國(guó)教師管理的啟示。 本文在理論上為我國(guó)大學(xué)教師管理提供方法論指導(dǎo),從而豐富和完善了我國(guó)大學(xué)教師管理理論,對(duì)大學(xué)教師管理研究起到了一定的規(guī)范作用。實(shí)踐方面,對(duì)斯坦福大學(xué)教師管理的研究能夠?yàn)槲覈?guó)大學(xué)教師管理中出現(xiàn)的具體問(wèn)題的解決提供參考依據(jù),具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:The level of university teachers represents the academic level and scientific research level of the school, and is the key factor of the sustainable development of education. Therefore, the management of teachers is naturally an important part of university management. Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, great changes have taken place in China's higher education and great progress has been made. Especially since the 21 century, China has begun the process of popularizing higher education, advocating the construction of world-class disciplines and the establishment of world-class universities. However, the construction of the world-class universities in our country is just beginning, and there is still a certain distance from the world-class universities. At present, there are still many deficiencies and defects in the employment, management and construction of teachers in Chinese universities. The first part of this paper mainly introduces the teacher management system of Stanford University in the United States. In the third part, the teacher management is divided into employment management, evaluation management, promotion management, leave management. Salary management, academic management, and so on, and summarizes the basic contents and characteristics of different management parts. The last chapter summarizes the inspiration of Stanford University teacher management to the management of Chinese teachers. In theory, this paper provides methodological guidance for the management of university teachers in our country, thus enriches and perfects the theory of university teacher management in our country, and plays a certain normative role in the research of university teacher management. In practice, the research on the management of Stanford University teachers can provide reference for solving the specific problems in the management of university teachers in China, which has a strong practical significance.
