【摘要】：非智力因素的發(fā)展是大學(xué)生素質(zhì)全面發(fā)展的重要組成部分,對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生完成學(xué)業(yè)、積累知識(shí)、明辨是非、塑造健全的人格具有重要作用。非智力因素對(duì)大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)與成長過程起著重要的作用。本文重點(diǎn)選擇大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和意志力兩個(gè)因素進(jìn)行分析,調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和意志力,雖然有極少數(shù)指標(biāo)較高,但是整體指標(biāo)偏低。加強(qiáng)獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)和堅(jiān)定意志力的錘煉對(duì)學(xué)生成長成才意義重大。
[Abstract]:The development of non-intelligence factors is an important part of the all-round development of college students' quality. It plays an important role in the independent college students to complete their studies, accumulate knowledge, distinguish between right and wrong, and shape a sound personality. Non-intelligence factors play an important role in the learning and growth of college students. This paper focuses on two factors of college students' study habit and willpower. The results show that although there are a few high indexes, the overall index is low. It is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of good study habits and firm willpower of independent college students.
