社會轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生社會公德教育研究

【摘要】:中國目前處于社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,就改革開放所帶來的道德變革而言,市場經(jīng)濟體制的建立,,計劃經(jīng)濟向市場經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)軌,是當(dāng)代中國最深刻的社會變革。①我國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的同時也帶來一些負(fù)面影響,社會思想的復(fù)雜化、多樣化都深刻的影響著社會大眾。隨著我國社會變革的逐步深化,傳統(tǒng)的大學(xué)生社會公德教育受到了挑戰(zhàn),在多元化時代背景下,這一狀況將逐漸加深。 社會公德是指人們在社會交往和公共生活中應(yīng)該遵守的行為準(zhǔn)則,是維護社會成員之間最基本的社會關(guān)系秩序、保證社會和諧穩(wěn)定的最起碼的道德要求。社會公德教育隸屬于國民素質(zhì)教育,是每個公民都應(yīng)該學(xué)習(xí)的基本內(nèi)容。大學(xué)生是我國新時期的重要建設(shè)者,他們的一言一行都代表著我國高素質(zhì)群體的素質(zhì)。可是現(xiàn)實生活中,部分大學(xué)生不僅沒有起到示范和帶頭作用,還存在破壞社會公德的行為,為大學(xué)生社會公德教育提出了挑戰(zhàn)。 本文首先通過文獻研究法對社會公德和大學(xué)生社會公德教育等理論進行分析。其次,通過調(diào)查問卷對西北大學(xué)、西安建筑科技大學(xué)、陜西科技大學(xué)、西安工程大學(xué)四所高校的大學(xué)生、教師進行調(diào)查。客觀的分析了大學(xué)生社會公德教育現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生社會公德教育的實施狀況整體良好,但是也存在一些問題。具體為:不重視社會公德教育,道德情感冷漠、道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下降、缺乏公共環(huán)境意識、責(zé)任感缺失等。再次,分析了大學(xué)生社會公德教育存在問題的成因。發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生社會公德教育的問題是多方面造成的,即有社會環(huán)境的負(fù)面作用,也有高校德育和家庭教育的失誤,同時大學(xué)生自身的不足也是重要的原因。最后,根據(jù)上述分析提出提高大學(xué)生社會公德教育的對策,主要是通過加強社會公德教育、完善社會公德建設(shè)機制、改善社會公德教育模式,優(yōu)化社會公德環(huán)境等。
[Abstract]:China is currently in a period of social transformation. In terms of the moral changes brought about by the reform and opening up, the establishment of a market economy system and the transition from a planned economy to a market economy, It is the most profound social change in contemporary China .At the same time, the rapid economic development of our country also brings some negative effects. The complexity and diversity of social thoughts deeply affect the social masses. With the gradual deepening of the social transformation in our country, the traditional social morality education of college students has been challenged. Under the background of the pluralistic times, this situation will gradually deepen. Social morality refers to the code of conduct that people should abide by in social communication and public life. It is the minimum moral requirement to maintain the most basic social order among social members and to ensure social harmony and stability. Social morality education belongs to Yu Guomin quality education, which is the basic content that every citizen should learn. College students are the important constructors in the new period of our country. Their words and deeds represent the quality of the high quality groups in our country. However, in real life, some college students have not only failed to demonstrate and take the lead, but also the behavior of destroying social morality, which has posed a challenge to the education of college students' social morality. Firstly, this paper analyzes the theories of social morality and college students' social morality education through literature research. Secondly, through the questionnaire to the northwest university, Xi'an University of Architecture Science and Technology, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Xi'an University of Engineering students, teachers. This paper objectively analyzes the present situation of college students' social morality education, and finds that the implementation of college students' social morality education is good as a whole, but there are also some problems. The main contents are as follows: not paying attention to social moral education, apathy of moral emotion, decline of moral standard, lack of public environmental consciousness, lack of sense of responsibility and so on. Thirdly, it analyzes the causes of the problems in the social moral education of college students. It is found that the problems of college students' social morality education are caused by many aspects, that is, the negative effect of social environment, the mistakes of moral education and family education in colleges and universities, and the deficiency of college students themselves is also an important reason. Finally, according to the above analysis, the author puts forward the countermeasures to improve the social moral education of college students, mainly through strengthening the social moral education, perfecting the construction mechanism of social public morality, improving the mode of social moral education and optimizing the social moral environment, etc.
