【摘要】：在新疆面臨大發(fā)展、大跨越的歷史時(shí)期，也同時(shí)是文化的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期，在文化轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代文化的建設(shè)是價(jià)值觀重構(gòu)與認(rèn)同的過(guò)程，文化的核心就是價(jià)值觀，并通過(guò)人的思想觀念表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系為引領(lǐng)實(shí)現(xiàn)新疆文化從傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代文化轉(zhuǎn)型，其目的就是要實(shí)現(xiàn)文化的現(xiàn)代化，即現(xiàn)代價(jià)值觀的重構(gòu)和認(rèn)同，同時(shí)也是實(shí)現(xiàn)人的思想觀念的現(xiàn)代化。新疆處在祖國(guó)的西北邊陲，國(guó)內(nèi)外環(huán)境十分復(fù)雜，是西方敵對(duì)勢(shì)力實(shí)行分化和西化的重點(diǎn)，新疆自古以來(lái)就是多民族聚居、多宗教并存的地方。因此，新疆文化能否順利轉(zhuǎn)型直接影響著新疆社會(huì)的跨越式發(fā)展和長(zhǎng)治久安。社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系是中華文化的精髓、是新疆文化轉(zhuǎn)型的方向標(biāo)、是新疆現(xiàn)代文化建設(shè)的依據(jù)，，是新疆各民族共同追求的統(tǒng)一的核心價(jià)值取向。在這種大背景下，新疆高校的職能顯得尤為重要，高校一方面要為新疆現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)輸送各級(jí)各類人才，另一方面又是傳播社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的主要陣地和制高點(diǎn)。因此，在新疆文化轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期，高校為促進(jìn)新疆現(xiàn)代文化建設(shè)發(fā)揮著極為重要的作用。 論文以新疆文化轉(zhuǎn)型為視角，深入探析了新疆文化轉(zhuǎn)型的內(nèi)容及其新疆文化轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期的社會(huì)思想文化的特點(diǎn)，最后對(duì)高校如何加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系教育提出了一些思考。全文的主體分為四個(gè)部分，第一部分為導(dǎo)論，闡述研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究的重難點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分圍繞相關(guān)理論概述展開，首先闡述了文化、新疆文化轉(zhuǎn)型、社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的概念、其次闡述了文化轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)內(nèi)容，最后就新疆文化轉(zhuǎn)型與社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析和論述。第三部分闡明在文化轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期新疆高校強(qiáng)化社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系教育的必要性，第四部分提出了在文化轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期背景下，新疆高校強(qiáng)化社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系教育的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:In the historical period of Xinjiang's great development and great leap, it is also the period of cultural transformation. In the period of cultural transformation, the construction of modern culture is the process of reconstruction and identification of values, and the core of culture is values. And through people's ideas and ideas to show. Taking the socialist core value system as the guide to realize the transformation of Xinjiang culture from tradition to modern culture, its purpose is to realize the modernization of culture, namely the reconstruction and identification of modern values, and also to realize the modernization of human ideology. Xinjiang is located in the northwestern border of the motherland, and the environment at home and abroad is very complex, which is the focus of western hostile forces to carry out differentiation and westernization. Xinjiang has been a place where many nationalities live together and many religions coexist since ancient times. Therefore, the smooth transformation of Xinjiang culture directly affects the leapfrog development and long-term stability of Xinjiang society. The socialist core value system is the essence of Chinese culture, the direction of Xinjiang's cultural transformation, the basis of Xinjiang's modern cultural construction, and the unified core value orientation pursued by all nationalities in Xinjiang. Under this background, the functions of Xinjiang colleges and universities are particularly important. On the one hand, colleges and universities should transport all kinds of talents for the modernization of Xinjiang, on the other hand, they are the main position and commanding point of spreading the socialist core value system. Therefore, in the period of cultural transformation in Xinjiang, colleges and universities play an extremely important role in promoting the construction of modern culture in Xinjiang. From the perspective of Xinjiang's cultural transformation, this paper probes into the content of Xinjiang's cultural transformation and the characteristics of social ideology and culture during the period of Xinjiang's cultural transformation, and finally puts forward some thoughts on how to strengthen the education of socialist core value system in colleges and universities. The main body of the paper is divided into four parts. The first part is an introduction, which describes the significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, the important difficulties and innovations of the research. The second part focuses on the overview of relevant theories. Firstly, it expounds the concepts of culture, Xinjiang cultural transformation, socialist core value system, and then expounds the relevant contents of cultural transformation. Finally, the relationship between Xinjiang cultural transformation and socialist core value system is analyzed and discussed. The third part expounds the necessity of strengthening the education of socialist core value system in Xinjiang colleges and universities in the period of cultural transformation. The fourth part puts forward the background of the cultural transformation period. The effective way to strengthen the education of socialist core value system in Xinjiang colleges and universities.
