荷蘭高校教學質量評估:政策與實踐

【摘要】:20世紀50年代以來,在歐洲一體化進程的影響下,歐盟各國在高等教育改革中的問題逐漸凸顯。作為歐洲實施高等教育改革的重大舉措——"博洛尼亞進程"的改革內容涉及學位體系、質量評估等多個議題。荷蘭是歐洲較早實行高等教育質量評估的國家之一,質量評估經歷了從政府控制到政府監(jiān)督的轉變過程,這也帶來了教學質量評估過程的變化。通過兩所研究型大學和應用型大學在評估機構、評估內容、評估過程及評估結果中的異同比較分析,能幫助我們更好地理解這一變化過程。
[Abstract]:Since 1950s, under the influence of the European integration process, the problems of the European Union in the reform of higher education have become increasingly prominent. As a major measure to implement the reform of higher education in Europe, the reform of the "Bologna process" involves a number of issues such as the degree system, quality assessment and so on. Holland is the early implementation of higher education quality in Europe. One of the countries in which the quality assessment has undergone a process of change from government control to government supervision has also brought about changes in the teaching quality assessment process. The similarities and differences between two research universities and applied universities in evaluation institutions, evaluation content, evaluation process and evaluation results can help us understand better.
